Seriously, this is the best update you guys have ever done. The QOL, the art, the story, the new mechanics, dungeon/bosses, secrets, rewards, all while maintaining Warframe's uniqueness and weirdness. It is just INCREDIBLE
The only gripe with this update that i have is going back to the "once per 4 rotations rotation C ultra rare drops" formula for Tome mods and Mandonel parts. Tome mods especially, they make Grimoire usable
I love the little rank up stories! they always been good story wise but wiping the sand of the drawing is oddly satisfying ijust be swiping around trying to keep a character clean while listening

@@louisrobitaille5810 Steve Sinclair took over as CEO on the 24th of October 2023, the same day that James Schmaltz left the position. Around the same time, Rebecca Ford became Creative Director of Warframe and Geoff Crookes became creative director of Soulframe.

Warframe reclaimed its identity as a horde shooter with the WITW. The gameplay loop is genuinely satisfying, especially with the robots exploding.
I agree. The only thing that needs a little work are the reward tables for bounties and netracells. GazTV has some pretty good ideas on how they can be improved

Everything is a easy one shot of the same repeating enemies over and over. It's just new skins dude settle down
@@VineyardGHSNew enemies are more then just a new skin. Yes you still one shot most, but there's weak points, an enemy that buffs other enemies making them a priority target. And I general they're super fun to killl

I love these nerds. I think these little informal chats are a great idea. It’s been amazing- I’ve been playing for 8 years off and on, and I’m just completely blown away by this update. Reb and the whole new guard has proven they know what they’re doing. Just… phenomenal work.

Bungie should take notes if they don't wanna get shut down or bought by Sony. Also messed up that destiny 2 got best community support reward at the game rewards rather than DE Digital Extreme warframe.

Also What DE did with new DLC Gave us 2 compeletely New enemy Race and Faction with amazing Activities...
But Bungie after 10 years with all those resources didnt gave Us a single new Enemy race and spent that money elsewhere lol

@@theunhingedgamer3762 Why do you think they closed it again, they knew it would break stuff and servers but people were impatient and forgot warframe is spaghetti code. Support tickets exist though for those who did lose stuff, if they don't try to get a ticket to get what was lost back thats on them.

I couldn't transfer my account from PS4 to PC, they told me on Discord that I had to wait for an open public beta to be able to do it. Do you know when it is?

Been playing since 2018, but 2023 was like… the craziest and most content worthy year for Warframe. We’ve had HUGE updates this year! Duviri, Whispers in the Wall, Cross-save! I truly believe 2024 will be an amazing year! Thank you for your transparency and dedication to your community! ❤
I dont know if any devs will actually end up reading this comment but I just want to express that I have been LOVING warframe, its probably the only game that I feel like I can get enveloped in and dont get bored even after 400 hours I feel like Im only scratching the surface. I feel the passion from the devs and community towards the game and I think its so cool that youre doing weekly vids. I think you should keep them at 15 minutes especially as we come up with more things to ask and talk about. Please keep up the great work, it feels terrific to be proud of a game in 2023.
Whispers of the Wall was great. A few small things to iron out (new map has major out of bounds issues, especially with Void dash).
I'm so excited to see where the lore goes, and where the story takes the gameplay.
Soulframe is still exciting. With how much Warframe has changed over time, imagine how Soulframe will be by the "release" and how it will be years later.
Thanks for cross save, it was nice seeing my cats again. And my friends are looking forward to the full rollout.

My only suggestion is that maybe do youtube more than twitch just because of the whole surprise twitch ad thing since CZcams doesn't have that problem

It’s really sad D.E didn’t win more awards from either the TGA or Steams awards as this game definitely deserves them and I’m sure the community would most definitely have voted. It’s absolutely a labor of love it has an amazing sound track it’s extremely innovative and the story just keeps developing. For instance I personally didn’t enjoy duviri because it felt so separate from “warframe” and playing as a drifter literally isn’t the name of the game but it was definitely innovative and had a fantastic sound track. The whispers in the walls although release after the awards has been one of my favorite map designs thus far I absolutely love the castlevania vampire vibes even if the story was a bit “weird”
An idea: We should meet one more employee for a few seconds in each devshort. Just grab whoever is nearby when filming and introduce them, their position in the team and have them wave. We always see the same people, let us see the Devs hidden in the walls of Digital Extremes! Other than that request of mine this is wonderful to have a quick chat each week between DE and Players. Thanks for the short.
This is a good compromise between having the big bi-weekly streams like they used to - a weekly call with a hard stop at 15 minutes gives them time to connect without having to devote so much time and so many people to a big production so often.

One thing I will NEVER fault DE for is their communication and feedback implementation.
I will not forgive them for the stealth-nerf to Ash and Oberon drops

@@AymenDZA yeah except regarding the ash and Oberon changes, which continue to doom new players, while veteran concerns were drowned out by the Corpus Railjack update

The raw, unfiltered trifecta of chaos and genuiness that is Steve, Reb and Megan is something that no other developer will probably ever match. Haven't even played Warframe in years but I still watch devstreams just for the fun times to be had!
as the game becomes bigger and bigger, and once a week devstreams became impractical, it's very heartwarming to see DE trying to find ways to keep the community updated through alternative means, it's basically a show of passion toward the game and the community and i love that

I haven't played Warframe in probably 5 or 6 years but have been considering returning though the thought of doing so is daunting. That being said, I'm glad to see Rebecca still engaging with the community after all these years. All too often gaming companies rotate through employees far too much to keep a strong connection between game devs/directors/etc and the community.... if that makes any sense.
There was zero issues with the audio when I watched this. Audio was fine, sync was fine.
I'm one of the players that managed to get in when the cross-save floodgates were briefly opened (previously played on Xbone), thankfully with no problems, and it's wonderful to be back (after about 4 years)! I've been keeping a toe in following some content creators over the years while waiting for cross-save after it was initially announced, but managed to avoid spoilers. I just got caught up on the quests and I must say, you guys are doing solid work over there. I especially love how this weird game you've been making for over a decade continues to only get weirder!
I'm also looking forward to Soulframe. It seems to be leaning on the idea of putting the fantastical back into fantasy, which I really wish we would get more of.

Thank you guys for this. Warframe has finally gotten it's teeth in me and I'm in love with the game. But that pales in comparison to my hype for Soulframe!!! The idea of a game like Warframe set in a fantasy world is my dream! You guys do such a great job! Please never change. I love this community too.

I would still be fine with monthly dev streams rather than mini weekly dev streams but regardless i appreciate the effort DE makes to inform/work with the community on the progress of warframe and soulframe.
I don't usually do comments, but this deserves one. I love that idea of short talks to keep being in touch with community. I always loved the way DE approached their players (been here since closed beta). I was there when some things bought for plat were feeling a bit pay to win (respawns, the skill tree for frames in the early times), but I also was there when all those things vanished. Guess DE didnt want the money from those anymore. And I value that a lot, pushing back monetization. I know there are still some QoL boosters and shortcuts to skip the grind. But hey.. you either grind in-game or at work to buy those. Honestly I spent some money to get stuff and fashion over those years, but I always did that with the feeling, that DE deserves the money and I did not feel pushed to spend.
And the fact that CEO of the studio just sits there, makes jokes and hearts to entertain and inform us and it does not feel like it's for PR, but because he wants to be there and chit chat for a bit. I am happy for Steve. he deserves to be the CEO. Love that he did not change and still is that cheerful guy.
I am looking forward to become Envoy one day, Soulframe looks so awesome. Familiar, yet different.
I wish the studio only the best, both those games look so great, and after 10 years of Warframe I have to say, I also wish your games to be here for decades. You are doing great job

The problem is that Warframe has so many issues that need to be fixed. 1)You have to include a KICK button to the leader of the party, it not good that always after a mission we have to leave squad an invite our friend again to get rid off a random guy
2)You have to care more about report and ban people, like there are plenty of players that they are calling bad names for our families, doing racist comments etc. Everyone trashtalking cause they know that they will not get banned, and thats a fact
3)You have to fix the SO Many bags, especially in Duviri
4)You have to care about Warframes that they are forgoten(Oberon) or being so useless after many nerfs(EMBER, a Perfect frame that you made useless after so many NERFS)
-Make the Repalla Syandana viable to get With PLATINUM AND NOT WITH MONEY

tysm DE i wish more game companies were like you with being open and explaining some of the things that are going on behind the scenes, it gives me a sense of something to look forward to instead of some companies saying something and not giving any details. thank you so much DE for all the hard work you've put into Warframe, I can't wait to see more.

The game improves with each expansion, but as a veteran of the game and having played many other online games, I feel that what is most lacking in Warframe is really challenging content, and I believe that the "secret" 60-eyed boss should be the default in the mode steel path or a version that would give more reward for doing it, and not just an optional boss

With cross play I was able to see an old friend that moved to PC which was nice. They moved to PC 2 years ago thinking that we were getting cross play then lol. So a long wait.
Im glad they fixed the delay that the stream had.

Man I am excited for the next wave of crossplay. About a year and a half ago I got a good laptop and around the same time stopped playing warframe because multiplayer high level steel path was destroying my frame rate and actually giving me pretty bad motion sickness when playing on an xbox one s. I tried the starter mission on my new laptop and experienced the absolute butter I was missing out on. Cant wait :)
