    Great animation, smoke and fire cleared out really fast for a salvo of that size but like I said looks great

    This is really cool, you might want to add a bit of delay and randomness to the firing to account for human reaction times.
    If you give the order to fire on a destroyer, not all gunners will react to that at the same moment.

    Really nice animation, but there are a few flaws that you can improve in the future.The sound isn't good, first you hear the sound way too quickly and it's way too short. The animation is great, again, don't get me wrong. The fire disappears too quickly, too ;-;. Keep it up
    edit: I wanna emphasize that this isn't made to get you down, I wanted to point out that the sound is kinda borked. It's still a great animation and I couldn't compare.

    That's awesome! I love how you also made her rock after that salvo, I don't see many animations include such a detail. Looking forward to more!

      Actually, you don't see that on real live footage as well, because it just doesn't happen.

    Really cool, great work on the sea sim and the foam! maybe next time the smoke from the guns should fade away a bit slower to make it feel a bit more realistic :)

    This is very good. Beautiful render.
    In the compositor, give the fire a bit of a glow, this is how camera lenses react when they get hit by a light source and it clips the highlights. Don't go crazy with lens flares or anything like that, just give the highlights a bit of a glow. And it's been already said; i know it bogs down the sim but you gotta let the smoke linger for a lot longer. Make sure you move the source or have a wind force push the smoke back to have it trail the ship. Otherwise, awesome.

    Awesome, would be possibile to add the shockwave on the water and the smoke exiting the barrels after firing (last fumes slow exiting the barrel)?😊

      Also the smoke should be stationary related to the sea once exiting the ship barrels (and be affected by any kind of wind if present)

      True enough! Manual gunnery wouldn't be that perfect in reality
