Parody of SpongeBob SquarePants episode Culture Shock.
This is a hastily-made meme in light of the upcoming Dragon Ball Super movie showcasing a new Goku design from Naohiro Shintani, as opposed to the long-time animation director Tadayoshi Yamamuro. The Dragon Ball fanbase (including myself) has reacted in a wildly positive manner to this, so I found an opportune way to express that.
