You forgot the mission where you have to kill 4 turtles in a sewer, and there's pizza boxes laying around. That was my favorite reference.
And they wore masks that had ninja turtle colors
There ´s actually another Terminator secret. When you crouch in the right corner is a little symbole that shows you that you sneak . And this symbole looks like the Terminator when he arrived in the film

The Kobracon rifle is from Robocop. "State of the art bang bang"
One of the cyberheart harvesting puns is "Excuse me while I rip this out" Replace "rip" with "whip" and you've got a line from "Blazing Saddles."
Somewhere, I forget where, is a reference of Jesse Ventura's line "I ain't got time to bleed" from "Predator"

You also missed the MJ's Thriller reference at the end of the game when Dr Darling looks at the camera with the glowing eye while the partner (Rex) is completely oblivious to it.

The one everyone misses is when you crouch the icon on the bottom right is a silloette of arnies arrival in the terminator films
Does anyone remember Captain Power and the Soldiers of the future? Well the go watch the opening of that show and you'll see it looks very much like the trailer for Blood Dragon.
-Colonel Ike Sloan is clearly inspired by Bennett from _Commando_.
-The Kobracon refers to another weapon from _RoboCop_: the Cobra Assault Cannon.
-The _Far Cry 3_ logo is inspired by the one for 80s _Transformers_ cartoon, and Ubisoft ident for this game reminisce that of Cannon Group.
-As for the soundtrack by Powerglove, _Blood Scope_ paying homage to Ennio Morricone's _Humanity (Part II)_ from _The Thing_, _Combat II_ to Brad Fiedel's _Tunnel Chase_ from _The Terminator_ and _Death of a Cyborg_ to Giorgio Moroder's _Tony's Theme_ from _Scarface_.

I think the 'gearing up' opening scene in Operation Wolf might also be inspired by the film Commando from 1985.
You missed the obvious one with Sloan having that same chainmail vest as Bennett in Commando.
you forgot the teenage mutant ninja turtle easter egg. in the predators path you have to kill coincidentally "4 mutant turtles in the sewer". when you go in the sewer you find empty pizza boxes with the exact same pizza brand in the movie tmnt.
+Tricia Louras I was thinking the same. There is a similar TMNT easter egg in Borderlands 2, where you deliver pizza to 4 criminals, with the same names as TMNT, in the sewer.

since c2077 got a release date i decided to finally play thi game and so far have found all types of animals but turtles.thanks for helping.
Wasn't the whole over arching story pretty much an homage from "Apocalypse Now"? The movie was about hunting down a rouge colonel in the Vietnam war. The game in an "apocalyptic" time where you had to hunt down a rouge colonel from Vietnam war 2. Ah ah...
Oh and the main bad guy is awfully reminiscent to Bennett from Commando. A former comrade gone rouge/bad. Even has the same mesh tank top.
when you toggle your Targeting-View system, It makes the same noise as the Predator's thermal vision.
You forgot another thing about the kobracon, it's identical to the cobra assault cannon from Robocop, which is emphasized more when you can later buy explosive rounds for it.
When you crouch in the game. The icon at the bottom right of the screen looks like the terminator when he as been teleported from the future to past doing the kneeling pose.
Just before Long Tall Sally starts Rex says "I'm gonna have me some fun" another Predator reference, although that whole scene is.
The track "Death of a Cyborg" is actually an edited version of Scarface's theme song.
At The end of The game , doctor darling is doing a reference to Michael Jackson's song Triller with that eyes of a zombie. By the way sorry for my poor English. From Brazil and a huge fan of this game.

Yes your mount looks like Battle Cat from Masters of the Universe, but it also looks like a brain boxed dinosaur from Dino-Riders. Also Kobracon references the Kobra Assault Cannon from Robocop. And while getting the Killstar animation makes a reference to "The Touch", Rex puts a lot of emphasis on "I have the Power" which of course references He-Man's transformation yell. still great list here.
The ending where Dr. Darling turns around that would be that last part of Micheal Jackson's Thriller
I think that's just a hint at a sequel.

there is a hunting mission wich u need to go undergroung to kill some turtles.

What about the cyber skeletons you see lying around? The ones that look like t800's from terminator. And the fact that all of the ancient shrine temple things scattered around the map built to the dragons, obviously a reference to AVP as they look very similar in architecture to the big ice temple in AVP

There is in fact a "ninja turtle" reference in the game. It is one of the hunter's side quest at one of the bases
"I've got the touch! I've got the power! Yeah!" was a line from Dirk Diggler's song in Boogie Nights.
The transport system is by Kobayashi Maru.

When Sloan captures spider and rex, at a certain moment he says "that's the definition of insanity" a reference to Vaas in FC3. The activation code of the bombs in the dam is the same code of Running man. The turtles in the sewers :P, "Test your might". Sloan is modeled after the bad guy in Commando, the kobrakon is modeled after a rifle used in one of the robocop movies. The sharks with lassers a reference to Dr. evil... dude, the amount of references in this game is outstanding :P
6:53 also rex's visor sounds a lot like Predator's!
I think Dr. Darling's looks was referenced from Karla Fry, in Beverly Hills Cop II, but thats just me tho
I'd say one of the biggest influences on this game is escape from new york. It takes place on an island, the music at times is very john carpenter, and I would argue that more then any 80's action hero rex power colt most closely resembles snake plisken.
He was a real American hero. - Rex. G.I. Joe Reference how did they miss that???
The last mission "Summon The Plague" is a reference to Hobo with a Shotgun, the same music that plays in the film when The Plague arrive plays during this mission, as that track and the entire soundtrack of this game is composed by Power Glove.
Rex's jumpsuit looks similar to Kyle Reese's Tech-Com uniform but more tight fitting. At the end when Dr. Elizabeth Darling looks at the camera, it pauses and goes in for a close up on her face, that has to be a reference to the music video Thriller.
Sloan is wearing a chain mail shirt like Bennett wore in Commando.
There's a particular mission in the game that is called "I don't deal with psychos, I put em away" which is a reference to a quote from Marion Cobretti played by Sylvester Stallone in the movie Cobra from 1986.

That mission also reminded me of Half Life map
In Robocop, Murphy shoots a street thug in the nuts, and since the AJW is basically just Robocop's gun, it's a direct nod to the movie.
The training montage in the game uses the same song as the one used in "No Retreat, No Surrender" it's called Hold on to the vision by Kevin Chalfant
When killing a scientist, you get the message "Protect the innocents" which is a reference to Robocop's Prime directives
At the very end of the armored Blood Dragon on-rails sequence, where you blow up missiles, troops, other dragons and explody bits, the Rocky theme is clearly heard among all that chaos.
Some other ones you missed. Space Truckers, Robot Joxx, Escape from New York, Lifeforce, Starman. Dude. These guys referenced films that likely have yet to make it onto some of the bigger streaming sites. Fucking aye that's awesome.

How can you forget the quote that starts off the most epic sequences in Blood Dragon.
At the ending, when Elizabeth Darling turns around only to reveal her purple eyes to the public. That's a clear reference to Michael Jackson's Thriller video-clip, as it ends the exact same way. The two hugging, then one turns around and shows the viewers their inhuman eyes.
When stealing cyber hearts, Rex will sometimes say "Excuse me while I rip this out", a reference to Mel Brooks' Blazing Saddles where Bart gets his speech after saying "Excuse me while I whip this out" when being appointed as the sheriff of Rockridge.
When he picks up the terror 4000 for the first time he sing a small part of the song Reignin blood by Slayer

The "I must break you" line is from Rocky IV, when Drago says it to Rocky before the big fight. I must break you
Spider's character design is a reference to sub-zero and scorpion's design from Mortal Kombat. Also the trials to get the Kill-star is all one big MK reference with the announcer, arenas and everything.
even though people might of pointed out in the comments already ,but you also forgot the cobracon is also a reference to the cobra assault cannon from robocop as well since one upgrade gives it explosive rounds plus the design is inspired from it as well

The song during Rex's training montage is "Hold On To The Vision" from one of Van Damme's earliest movies, "No Retreat, No Surrender". Also, the finger clench motion during the training reminds me of the end of "The Empire Strikes Back" when Luke is testing out his new robot hand.

Here's a couple you missed: The mission "I Don't Deal With Psychos, I Put 'Em Away" is a direct quote from the movie "Cobra". In said mission, the passcode for Shakma Station's rear doors is 653-9X, the same code used to disable the prison perimeter in "The Running Man".

You briefly get to see the he has the same leg brace as Max does in Mad Max 2. When you wake up in the cave after Spider dies and start to get up, you can see it on his left leg.

I love the end of the final Mission when you blow everything up and you can hear the Rocky theme in the background
Also, the way Rex preps the mini gun when he pulls it out is very much like how Jesse Ventura does in Predator.
Don't forget Colonel Sloan wearing the tacky chainmail shirt that Bennett wears in Commando.
There was one you missed in a cut scene when Dr.Darling told Rex that Sloan drank dragons blood and made him mad and Rex said " And one ugly mother fricker! " but you got a lot so you don't need to worry :)!!!
the battle dragon will sometimes say:IMA FIRIN MAH LAZORS.
"I'm gonna have me some fun," is a line from Predator, when Mac goes after the Predator towards the end. When 'HUD,' says "five-by-five," that's another Aliens reference.
When you enter the portal later in the game, the line "Test your might!" is a reference to the '92 arcade game "Mortal Kombat" (and the "Skull Mountain" you see after entering looks like.. well.. "Skull Moutain" from the old He-Man cartoon).
The game's credits song is taken from the movie "Miami Connection".
Also all the VHS tapes you can find are based on 80s movies.
The story for the game itself (found under "User Manual") is basically "Harold and Maude" mixed with "Hunt for Red October" :D

There's also a lot of music from this game that are remakes of songs in old 80's movies like Combat 2 which is part of the blood dragon ost is a remake of the song that plays on the chase scene in Terminator 1
When you are told how to shuriken during those 2 takedowns Rex says: "schools out for summer" on the first, and "schools out forever" on the second, an obvious reference to the song "Schools Out" by Kiss
The music that plays when you ride the Battle armored assault strike system is a remix of the tune that plays in rocky IV when Ivan fights rocky
Right at the end before the final cutscene, as you shoot down the last helicopters, it plays a portion of the music from the final scene of Rocky.
the main aiming stance of the shotgun looks simular to the stance ash williams uses in evil dead 2 when he lost his hand
in the DAM part, one time you put the c4000 and climb it, you heard 2 lightnings and rex start humming "raining blood" from slayer

Last Dragon spoof involved in the final showdown between Sloan and Rex, especially when Darling reminds Rex of his humanity. Rex's inspiration for overcoming his programming restriction before kicking his ass.

Don't know if someone already said this, but when you're infiltrating one of the bases via hang glider, the voice in your ear tells you that the secret code to get in is 653-9X: a nod to the code Arnie's friends use in The Running Man to escape from prison.
the dead cyborg with the arrow in the knee could also be a reference to skyrim when you talk to a gaurd and says "i used to be an adventurer like you until i took an arrow in the knee"
Before going into the ruins to fight Sloan, a disembodied voice says "TEST YOUR MIGHT," it's the announcer from Mortal Kombat.
One of the references used multiple times is the Omega Force skeletons scattered around which greatly resembled the skeleton of a terminator.
