Interfaith Friendship Walk Jericho to Stanley Road, Oxford, June 27th 2024

In the evening, I bump into the Interfaith Friendship Walk shortly after they start from the Jericho Synagogue and turn into Walton Street. I hurry along the route, catching the walkers up as they leave St. Giles Church. We parade down St. Giles and up Broad Street to the University Church of St. Mary the Virgin at the end of Catte Street. The final, long, stage proceeds from St. Mary's, down the High Street thence to Iffley Road, and then to the Madina Mosque in Stanley Road. This is a splendid chance to see Oxford architecture in the evening sun.
