Just wanted to say hello, I’m a new sub from Edmonton Alberta. I’ve been bingeing your videos since I found your channel a few weeks ago! I love finding Canadian channels that do what’s for dinner videos, and I also watch a lot of Japanese and Korean channels, so yours is like the best of both worlds!
Your channel is such a source of comfort and inspiration! I am a citizen of Japan but grew up in the USA and live near the Canadian border. Love Canadian culture AND Japanese culture so much!!
I don’t know if this will be helpful or not, but I freeze my celery that I use for cooking. I cut it into the pieces I want then I lay them on a baking tray to freeze then I put them in a Ziploc bag. Voilà.😊 I do this because I do not use a lot of celery and I don’t want it to go bad in my fridge !
