So this edit was a little challenge Kobu Zero and I did. Nikki chose the song and Kobu and I had to edit and look at the differences between our edits. It really highlighted how every editor is different in the way that they approach their projects.

Well this was soul shattering. Melissa Benoist does so well with acting sad and despondent. Almost too well because I honestly cannot handle how sad and lost Kara has become this past few episodes. It just hurts to see everyone pulling away from her. I hope they fix this so Kara can go back to being all smiley and sunshiny.
Melissa does an amazing job and capturing all of Kara's emotions. I know what you mean at the moment it feels like everyone is just doing their own thing and Kara is beginning to feel lonely. I think it's a good character arc (from a fan editing point of view) but I'd like to see the return of a lighter/happier Kara too.
