My wife and I have been married for a year and a half, and we want to re-share the story of how we met! We met in 2014 (yes we've been together for almost 7 years) on Tinder! It's wild how many people meet on dating apps now (like HER, Bumble, and Hinge) but back in 2014 it was SO embarrassing to have met online. No one met online! So we lied to people! We lied and told people that we met in university.

I love hearing how other people met 💖 my wife and I met in 2011. I was 17 and she was 19, I had been working at a restaurant it was my first job and one day I walked in and saw her she was in training. We started talking/flirting and the rest is history ✨💖🌸

I've been on a blind date and it was a bad match. He was so angry I didn't want a second date that he roared off in his truck. Another friend set me up with two of the creepiest men I've ever met. Yes, I've been on a blind date. A friend of mine from the synagogue we both attended set me up with her cousin-in-law. He was shorter than me (I'm only 5'2") and we went to Starbucks, where he ordered apple juice. We lasted about 20 minutes.
Patty and I met on a blind date on New year's Eve 2001. My friend Jingles was dating a girl from Nova Scotia. She was good friends and a coworker of Patty. We chatted and only danced once but since we were in different provinces I didn't pursue anything. She called me over a month later and we have been stuck to eachother ever since.

It was back in the pre-social media days when people put a photo and their home address in a nationally distributed magazine. Carol lived in Kansas, I lived in Ohio. After exchanging letters (and a couple of phone calls) over a period of about 2 years we finally met face to face and married a few weeks later. I met my ex-wife on a blind date, my friends set me up on that date and I feel they played a cruel joke on, need I say more ex-wife. Now I have to comment on the photo of her hanging over the balcony. I think what the other wife was impressed with about the photo was that she came off as a daredevil hanging over the balcony, or free spirit.
