    I like the definitive "tell" after the subtle "ask:. I think many people are either too hard in the "ask" and then also too wishy washy in the "tell". Be as soft as possible in the first ask, but then be as firm as necessary if they ignore you. Don't be kind of middle ground in either

    That was an excellent lesson on finding and treating soreness in a horse. Amazing how his soreness went away with simple stretching

    this bodywork looks like the same gua sha and myofascial release the Dr Jim uses
