I don't really get the philosophy that no experience as a judicial officer is required for an advocate to become a judge but candidates require experience as an advocate to become a judicial officer. Why advocates without having any practical experience of the bench become judges of higher judiciary and even of supreme court directly? Why there is no question on that? A candidate clears three level exam to become a judicial officer and then he/she undergoes training, why this much is not enough to become a judicial officer. If that is not enough to become a judicial officer, why there should not be questions on the efficiency of training imparted by judicial academies?
Even a civil servant is allowed without any practical experience to be a head of the district.
No exam checks the efficiency of advocates who are elevated to the bench directly.
Where does article 14 stand? Where is the intelligible differentia?

राजस्थान राज्य में आप सभी का स्वागत हैं। यहां राजस्थान के अभ्यर्थियों को छोड़कर सभी राज्यों को सिविल न्यायाधीश बनाने की पूरी कोशिश की जाती है। यहां परीक्षा का नाम मात्र राजस्थान हैं आता पूरा उत्तर भारत हैं। कुछ समय पश्चात यहां से हिंदी भाषा भी हटाया जाना संभव हैं जिसके बाद पूरा दक्षिण भारत राजस्थान में सिविल न्यायाधीश बनने के लिए योग्य होगा। 😂😂😂😂😂

@@RuhiMishra9016बिल्कुल है जी क्योंकि अपने स्टूडेंट्स की बलि देकर सबको अवसर देता हैं जबकि यहां के स्टूडेंट्स अगर बाहर जाए एग्जाम देने तो कदम कदम पर वहां के कानून और GK और अब तो अनुभव भी सब जगह लगने लगा हैं।

राजस्थान राज्य पूरे भारत में एक ऐसा राज्य है जिसके लिए यहां के स्टूडेंट्स का एक दुर्भाग्य भी कह सकते है क्योंकि यह एक एकमात्र ऐसा राज्य है जहां की सरकार यहां की हर भर्ती में पूरे भारत के स्टूडेंट को शामिल करती है । एक भी ऐसी भर्ती नहीं निकलती जिसके लिए केवल राजस्थान वाले शामिल हो। बहुत से ऐसे राज्य है जिनमे समय समय पर कुछ ऐसी भर्ती निकाली जाती है जो केवल वहां के निवासियों के लिए ही होती है, अगर यकीन न हो तो वर्तमान में भी 4-5 राज्य में ऐसी भर्ती निकली हुई है, जिसे आप देख सकते है।
