Heard this from somewhere else, but basically the people following miku with the masks and various instruments represent vocaloid producers.
The girl with the flower face would be a fan of miku and another producer
The two producers who leave represent producers who retired or quit making vocaloid music
And then at the end there's some more producers off in the distance that miku and her gang walk towards, those could represent new producers
And the various references to different songs (which were made by different producers)
There was a video that talked more in depth about this song also

I just realized this song and video are heavily inspired by Dune.
The japanese translation of the book "Dune" is "Suna no Wakusei". And in this video we see Miku - presumably the Prophet - leading the natives of the planet in their weird apparel (masks and mantles) who follow her obediently.
The natives in dune also wear a similar apparel. And the prophet in the book also happens to be someone not from their world.
This is one of my favourite miku songs!💙💙
