It's lovely to see you Shaun ..I'm sorry about your friend ..it's sad when you lose someone but much worse when it comes as a shock ..I'll be sad if you do give up the channel but your health comes first and your heart hasn't been in it for a good few months but the fact that your feeling drained of energy deserves a trip to the GP ? We all need the occasional MOT ..what ever you decide Shaun take care and thank you ..and when you catch that 10lb Bass put a pic up !

Welcome back sunshine. We were worried about you. This isn't the first time that you have talked about not feeling the love, and losing your friend and neighbour doesn't help. My best friend for 35 years died just before Christmas and I came over for his funeral and his wife asked me to read one of his favourite poems at the service. That was tough. As Duncan has said, doing loads of you tube videos can burn you out and I suspect that you are suffering from a bit of depression. I've had depression, only mild , but the thing is you don't necessarily realise that you have it. I didn't. My friend's wife (the one who died) used to be a nurse and she told me that I was showing signs of depression and told me to go to the doctor and he confirmed that it was depression. I don't know what was the cause behind it but just knowing about it was enough for me to come out of it without any medication. But I'm not a doctor so it is entirely possible that I am wrong! Anyway, as you can see from the comments there are people who are glad to see you back and hope you are both well and getting the love back. I can order you some tea bags on line if you've run out. 🙂🍵🍪

It's all this grey wet weather for way too long! It was even grey when I walked up Snowdon in north Wales last week!
