The series is inspired by a story with the same name written by Souvik Chakraborty, which is a part of book where Bhaduri Moshai is a very respectful character, who is well known for his knowledge, ethics and high morals.
Original story: The Godess is soumya avtar of Godess Tara. Moss(Parna) is her clothing as she is a nature godess. These girls made the mistake that they rubbed the moss, which made the godess naked.
Godess became very angry to them. First Mitul and later Titas, both were affected by curse. It seemed as if both of them were naked. They're hiding themselves under the bed in their dark locked room. And they're continuously muttering that don't look at me, I am feeling ashamed.
When Bhaduri Moshai realised that godess was offered blood for awakening her roudra avtar & only blood sacrifice can reverse the process, he decided to sacrifice himself. But Pallab came in between and sacrificed himself which pleased the godess and she forgive everyone. Pallab survived, Bhaduri Moshai's limbs cured. Even everyone from the village got boon of good health.
Later Bhaduri Moshai came to know that Pallab tricked the godess with his acting skills. Actually he was pretending that he is sacrificing himself.
Pallab gave justification that he was only trying to save uncle Bhaduri and he could have sacrificed himself if needed but godess pleased in between.
But this did not satisfied his doubt whether the godess was really satisfied or was there still some incident left to happen?....

A Dakini is a kind of sacred female being with a certain amount and type of spiritual development, wisdom, and clarity, generally related to Tantra. It can be a spirit or a human yogini.
and there are some temples where you can learn dark magic and tantra... but its not for soft-hearted!
It's not female or male because this is not human but some people worship this force/energy in the form of female.

BTW yes... I found the original one better than the web series... they converted it so much that the essence is lost. Separately it is good... But once the original story is read, this series is not up to the mark.

To be very honest if you hear the Sunday Suspense form Mirchi Bangla You will like it more. The story is very good and characters are well developed and story is also better. If you didn't watch or hear that episode you will like the series but personally I like that episode better.
