1996 Warner Home Video & 1993 PBS P-Pals (E/I Version) Logos Effects (RD)

Title Says it All!
Note: The video that had this was HotButteredToast's upload of Theodore Tugboat: Big Harbor Bedtime 1998 VHS to Archive, but I edited some of the black screen between the WHV and PBS logos because there was approximately 5 seconds of it, so that’s why it’s like that. Also, you may see some new effects in here that I didn't do yet. Speaking of that, this is the 2nd attempt of making this video because on the first attempt, 2 additional effects (Old School and Meat Aid) were in there, but they did not have any sound, so I removed them in this version.
