House Refresh Part 3: Replacing bad house sheathing
Our house is getting a major exterior refresh this year. This is part 3 of our series on the steps we’re taking to get there. A combination of construction issues and vegetation too close to the house caused moisture damage to some of the sheathing on the front of the house. In this video, I’ll replace those sections of bad sheathing so we have a sound base for the new siding.
Note that I’m not promoting any of the specific items used in the video. They are what I used at the time and other comparable things may work just as well.
