    The maps are too small for era 3. Sometimes you spawn in an area that instantly ruins your game. Within seconds you're under attack (Wiesel) and when 3 of them are bussing around you, you have no chance. What can be done? I only want to play era 1&2 now.

    The weasel should self-destruct if it runs into a main battle tank. This is simple reality. It would force them into a different or at least slightly more cautious play style. It's absolutely ridiculous that you can get broadsided by a weasel in an mbt70 and the weasel takes a couple hundred points of damage but you take a thousand from its atgm being fired into your soft side. The weasel should take damage from hitting environmental things substantially more than an MBT. The weasel also should not be able to knock over large trees. I know it slows it down a lot but it should not be able to do it at all and take damage when it hits the tree. Secondly I believe era 2 and 3 need new maps! I don't mean just a couple new ones I mean wholly different maps designed for era 2 and 3 specifically. They need to be much bigger encouraging range sniping at distance beyond the visual range of the opposing team. Most of the maps can be at least half covered with the vision range of most era two and threes. I like your suggestion to a degree of slowing them down bad terrain etc. This would help somewhat but I think it's a combination of things that need to happen. Namely and foremost the weasel needs to be nerfed when it comes to the damage it takes from environmental and from shots. Quite frankly watching a weasel absorb four 120 mm rounds and bouncing another is just laughable. At the very least the entire crew is dead and the ammunition is detonated but she's still turning around and firing a thousand alpha into the front plate of my leopard.... If it takes a shot it should lose at least one of the crew if not two instantly every time.

    Bigger maps, different topography which allows hull down play and removing the outline from the equipment slots which would make a HUUUUUGE difference as true vision would then really be true vision. Only light tanks should have that option and when other tanks are in range of the light tanks then they have it as a proxy mechanic until the light tanks is out of range or dead.

    One thing that can be looked at is to either put a minimum arming distance on the ATGMs or if they hit you point blank with them they get damaged to. Most of the rockets have a minimum arming distance so people don't get themselves hurt if the rocket is hit in the tube.

      Its not that far for arming distance. Tow arms at 65 meters. Thats isn't a terribly great distance in this game.

      In addition, there should be a lazing warning as standard equipment for all Era 2 and 3 tanks. Having to give up a equipment slot to have the warning is a bit onerous. Be just like having the artillery warning in WWII.

    The powerleaping is real, I like the new terminology cause you're right, creeping means slowly. Don't forget about the introduction of percentage based speed equipment too, that's a big factor as well. Personally I don't think the siege mode mechanic would be the right idea, rather just mess with the terrain resistances on tanks so that they only reach those 70km/h speeds on roads and slow down a bunch of medium and soft terrain, off road driving perk usage would probably skyrocket as well.

    I thought it was generally accepted that they wanted faster games and the vehicles that have been introduced seem to follow that design. Speed, high damage, fast reload, high penetration.
    I believe this creates a player base that has no patience for standard rounds and strategy. It’s about winning. This leads to either boredom or frustration, which results in quitting. So wargaming chooses to address boredom by introducing premiums in a steady stream. Kind of a circular pattern that creates players that don’t appreciate the game while grinding the game down into something not worth playing.

    Great ideas Riki, lower the speed, bigger maps, and let the Wiesel take realistic damage also. Love the era 3 tanks, but find the gameplay and speed in era 1 better

    Remember new Cold War specific maps were designed for…Cold War?
    The data may be accurate from you and Slapafish but you’re drawing the wrong conclusions.
    The spirit of modern tanks (era 3) is highly mobile and highly accurate on the move. Wargaming has captured the spirit of modern battle tanks pretty well.
    The spirit of ATGMs is firing from a concealed STATIONARY firing position. Even vehicle mounted ATGMs aren’t fired on the move (except maybe Bradley). Removing firing and guiding missiles on the move by adding a ‘siege’ mode for ATGM vehicles to fire the missiles would fix the Wiesel and ATGM drive by derp shots mostly.
    The reason shots don’t penetrate the Wiesel is because the armor models don’t do spaced armor well for armor piercing shots. This is why shots don’t penetrate the Wiesel or the tool box on the FV107. The problem persists across era and genre.
    In summary: Eliminate small maps in Cold War. Eliminate fire and guide on the move for ATGMs. Fix the armor model problem so thin (designed to stop machine guns) armor doesn’t defeat main gun rounds or ATGMs.

    Instead of siege modes added to all heavies, maybe change ground resistances all around to all tanks, because you'll still have the weisel, or the jag or other zippy tanks flying circles around and launching 1000 damage atgms around.
    Edit: I should add don't make the ground resistances linear across the board, some tanks still should be fast and some should be slowed down

    Speed is not a problem, size of the maps is. it’s like run F1 race on Go-cart track.
    Problem is invisibility of Wesel. It is impossible to get so close to A1M2 without being visible.
    Problem is with tanks, that didn’t saw battlefield and they dominating real tanks (Molot 477)

    Going off what Riki said in video:
    1. Terrain resistance needs to be increased in Era 3 and somewhat in Era 2 for mbts and mediums. No seige mode required.
    2. This could give shotgunning atmg light tanks an advantage, but now, with slower tanks, an atgm arming distance is more applicable. Bigger maps would be appreciated to accommodate this.
    3. Further, the discussion on why tanks with the same type of cannon can have drastically different pentration values and also expanding player loadout capabilities to reflect the plethora of ammunition types modern cannons can fire. I don't need heat in Era 2 & 3. This one is more of a me thing than what was in the video.

    The disparity between Era 2/3 tech tree tanks and premium tanks is crazy. I thought it was bad in WW2, but CW took it to another level. I think bigger maps would go a long way to help. Like 4-6 times bigger than what we have now. I don't feel that you should be able to drive across the entire map in 15 seconds (or less).
    In my opinion, WG has to make the tech tree relevant again. Sure, there are a few tanks that are worth grinding, but I can count them all on one hand. Even those have some horrendous tanks to grind along the way. The point of the game is to grind to the top tier tanks. Well, that used to be the point, now it's buy this new premium tank that is unstoppable. Make Tech Trees Great Again

    Agree with bigger maps as a start. The speeds of the tanks create the Wolfpack mentality when high alpha tanks can actually be the front of the Wolfpack. Weisel is ridiculous, and they have taken away a need for a true light tank in a match. They can drive right up on you without being spotted, and speed away. I personally play Era 1 the most,, it is pretty competitive and better balanced. Hope you guys keep up the great work to provide information for WG to look at and understand the player base

      There was never any reason to play a light tank in era 3 anyway. The VFM and M8 AGs suck, the BMP-3 isn’t great, and Bradley is decent, but only because it gets the dual TOW autoloader
      But most of the time you’ll be better off in a MBT. The Wiesel is just so small and hard to spot that it’s playing a different game to what everyone else is playing. It’s like artillery in that sense. They playing a different game to everyone else, and that’s exactly what it’s like playing a Wiesel

    As far as i remember era 3 has always been one team steamrolls the other, i remember this in my MBT-70 haha
    But i agree, for me the Molot broke era 3, the Wiesel could use some nerf but the molot has to be deleted or getting a big nerf, to make the turret part of the hitbox.

      Honestly, I don't think the Molot has to be deleted or majorly nerfed when terrain resistances or top speeds get rearranged. It's heavy and will therefore lack mobility, so the armor and gun are the only things keeping it alive then. Besides, it's primary use for most players is rushing in and destroying everyone, while that won't be an option anymore then. They'll be easier targets

    Good ideas Rikki. Its my 10th WOT aniverssary and its the FIRST season I refuse to play any longer and have NOT purchesed the season,nor will I .
    I will not play again for ALL the reasons you outlined in this video.
    Also, what may seem trivial reasons to other people the following:
    no proper Haloween Garage( pagan as it is)
    No christmas garage, and it IS CHRISTMAS not 'holiday season'.
    These seemingly 'Trivial' reasons were large FUN factors in the game , like the aniversary stickers. It points towards WG seeming lack of giving a care to how much I ENJOYED the game .
    And this season the rewards such as 'garage decorations' have finaly FINALY been the straw that broke the fun and the 'my time' invested V the FUN I recieve from playing the game.
    After all the 15 to 0 IN LESS THAN 4 MINS games I have endured for best part of a year now I have called it a day. Hundreds of Prem tanks 12 years of prem time. And its bye bye.
    Unfortunatly sulking and throwing my teddy in EVERY corner of the room will NOT mean anything to wargaming, mainly becuse I'm now playing World of warships and havedumped quite a bit of time and money into that. BUT I'm TOTALY enthralled by the game and looking forward to playing it after work like idid with tanks in the past.
    I wish they would do World of PLANES World of Mechs , Universe of Starships.

    My opinion, for what it's worth, is I agree thus far with what is being said. A step further in CW 3 is a hard-core mode.
    1. Friendly fire is active.
    2. No indicators above tanks. This makes it mandatory to use the mini map.
    4. No capping until the game is about 85% complete.
    I feel that this too will slow the game play down as players are more cautious before pulling the trigger.

    I agree with the comments saying it's a combination of things that will get CW back on its track. Slowing all tanks down by greatly rearranging terrain resistances based on classes, introducing more large CW exclusive maps like Cao Bang and Fredvang while getting rid of the bad/small maps for higher era's and, last but not least, making the Weasel much much more susceptible to ramming, environmental and critical damage, should all be able to help CW.

    If era 3 tanks were realistically modelled in game, you could auto lock anything and it would automatically lead and hit the target all by itself. It's called hunter killer capability.

    I agree, era 3 should be slowed down. In my Abrams I get to be going as fast as a era 1 light. It is ridiculous.

    Nothing we suggest can effect change unless the console development team higher-ups fundamentally change their thinking. WoTMA devs have supposedly publicly stated that they want CW era3 matches to be 3-4 minutes long on average. I personally prefer strategy in my game...I am currently in my 9th year of playing on console. I refuse to entertain the pack and corridor fighting of era 3....i only used to play my premium CW tanks to earn silver...the latest earn rate changes was the literal final nail in CW era 3's coffin for me. Rather than be buried alive in era 3, I simply pretend it doesn't exist....and, honestly, CW mode in general simply isn't what I consider fun anymore. Great video and great suggestion to help improve the game Bro! Will WG take note? We can hope...but I won't be holding my breath in the CW coffin while I wait.

    i will say as a former m1a2 driver irl, the limitations on speed are purely due to track weight. it will throw a track if it turns to fast.

    I would suggest a modified version of your suggestion. Instead of impacting gun accuracy directly, gun accuracy should be impacted by a combination of speed and the surface the tank is on, and the tracks should take damage if a tank is driven over the off-road speed limit. You'd still have the option to toggle the speed governor, and this would give us a nice risk/reward mechanic as well as rebalancing eras 2 and 3. Besides, this more closely aligns with the real-world reason for the off-road speed limits. Push your tank too hard and you walk it right off the tracks.

    I think that the time to accelerate should be toned down. The time to kill is fine, so mobility/agility should be looked at.

    When I constantly got into era 3 lobbies full of weasels I immediately quit the match, no thanks. How could the devs think this is okay? Total stupidity on their part. Oh it is all about immediate $ while long term they destroy their game, in other words greed. This game deserves a quick death at this point.

    They added complex armor mechanics but didn't introduce new shell mechanics to compensate for it. We still have HEAT as an option for CW tanks, which is largely ineffective.

    I was drawn to CW because of what at the time was better balance, no arty etc. Since then imbalance has started especially at era 3, and it needs to be addressed. Just adjusting the off road ground resistance would slow them down and make people follow the roads for a different tactical advantage.
    But you make very salient points, as always. It takes just one take released to cause imbalance, and takes forever for WeeGee to address it.

      It’s not the accuracy of auto lock that’s the problem, it’s the accuracy of the tanks to begin with so auto lock is just accurate because the tank is so accurate
      Auto lock doesn’t make a type 5 heavy lazer accurate

    They’ve sold op tanks several times in both ww2 and Cold War knowing about issues . Firstly they’re about money and will keep selling this tank that’s op . You think they’re listening? No , not until enough revenue is lining their pockets . The formula is sell op tank over and over with said problem known make a chart on that info. Sell op tank again then say they’re listening to the community. Let’s not fix matchmaking or map rotation let’s resell op tank and screw the game over …
    Great game ruined by bad management.

    I wish I never spent so much of my resources on Cold War mode, complete piece of garbage. Total pay to win arcade mode, the devs divided the player base at the same time pure genius. The devs need to reach out to the player base and give us what we want not what they want.

    I've been saying they should do the siege thing for the Era 1 4005 as well. There's no reason that it should move as quickly as it does. If they implemented the siege mode it would really help. You would either have to shoot, or move quickly, but not both. The idea that that destroyer can move so quickly with that cannon is ridiculous, they even have bracing for it in real life because it's so big.

      I am not a tank expert, so I can not say that most if not all tanks have the barrel support bars for transportation. I can explain the reason they are used. There is a problem with wear on the elevation gears without a physical locking position acting on the barrel or breach. Conversely not locking the gun it would freely flop, which is not ideal. Locking the control mechanism side introduces more strain without supporting the barrel or breach. Brinelling occurs on contact surfaces which remain in a stationary position while not being positively locked from the side which is able to induce the movement to cause this wear. Brinelling would be a major problem in a gun as you would guess, as it could cause a stiffness in the mechanism and will cause a reduction of precision from increased slop or free play between the mechanisms. Brinelling as an example will occur within the univeral joints of a driveline which is at a 0° working angle. A proper working angle of 3° or better will allow the bearing surfaces to move throughout their rotation at a speed which prevents brinelling wear.

    It's sad to say that i'm actually good with the Wiesel since the 477 and 292 were introduced to the game. I'd much rather face more Wiesel's than 477 and 292s that can just shoot anywhere with 900 pen and the 477 can barely be penned anywhere lol. Everyone says "just switch to HE or hesh" ok well, i've done that, i've probably fired somewhere in the range of 80-100 rounds of HE/HESH at a 477 all over it now and still averaging around 150-200 dmg when in return it does 760 every time it fires and you don't block anything and even with the increased module dmg the gun still doesn't get broken or barely anything gets dmged on the 477...it's also broken in that area, module dmg barely does anything to it. 1v1 with any tank vs the 477 you're going to lose. That's a big part of the issue. Era 3 is nearly unbearable with all these tanks combined. Edit: I had to come back after watching the entire video and hearing your part about the "realistic" stats and i can tell you i've basically been lambasted in a certain streamers chat when trying to bring up any realistic stats so you'll get no support from them on that lol.

    The problem isn't the tanks, its the maps and the players.
    8 years ago i got the Leopard 1, it became my favourite tank but i hardly played it as the maps were too small for it so this problem isn't anything new. Tanks that fast need bigger maps. Either new maps or just enlarge the maps we have and tweak them to change line of sight, choke points etc. Allow for ambush points, make map knowledge needed again.
    As for the players. I dunno what to do about them, most are beyond help. Can only suggest either really splitting the spawns or changing the maps so large packs are at a disadvantage. How exactly that could be done is above my pay grade but i think in the end it is the maps that will need changing.
    It might sound stupid but i enjoy co-op late at night. When its me and 29 bots it's great. The bots play as a team, they split to cover the map. They don't miss, they are not afraid to push, they do kill steal which is annoying but hey not as bad as some people. Its interesting watching them fight each other. Sometimes the AI bugs out and you can see them getting confused or shooting wall's (we've all done it) but when it works well you can see how the game was designed to be played. I've seen one bot put out smoke to save another. I've had them wait for back up before making the push etc. Makes me wish people were that good.
    When this 7v7 mode came out i wondered if it was a test for dropping the numbers in CW. You can still play tier 1 on mines and thats 7v7. Makes me wonder if the maps we have could cope with CW if it was 7v7 instead of 15v15. Theres pro's and cons to that, sweatys would moan about getting enough damage but really thats just selfish so sod them. A good or bad platoon would have a much bigger effect on the out come so maybe skill based MM would be needed. Just a thought.
    Theres lots of things that could be tried before making the best tanks in the game dog dirt slow or unable to hit anything. That would just cause more problems. Someone in another post pointed out how you'd get circled when in slow mode and tbh how is anything like that gonna stop muppets pulling a leaming train? I mean fr how do you stop leaming trains?     I want to start by saying that I appreciate that you always approach these issues as constructively as you can. I agree that there are issues, in fact, I stopped playing WOTConsole because of the weasel and the changes taking place at that time. I had said it was a toxic road that things were going down. I don't play WW2 mode because, vision mechanics. Of course I know I am a n00b and all the master players will scoff at that stuff and tell me to git gud. No thanks. Abusing vision mechanics may make you good (and I am not saying it doesn't require skill), but it is not something that is fun to me. WOWSL has a similar problem, a destroyer, played well, can get with 5km of another ship without being seen and launch torpedoes without becoming visible and those torpedoes go up to 90km an hour, depending on the ship and build that launches them. Nobody thinks that is a problem. I loved Cold War because of true vision mechanic. It's one of the reasons I like war thunder, but as grindy as WOT is, WT can give it a masterclass. I really liked Armored Warfare, but as far as I can tell the console servers are gone and it is a dead game. I wish they would sort out Cold War, because I did like it a lot, it had a good amount of balance between gameplay and time investment. You want it to play fast, but then right now you just have too much of a good thing, and just like WOWSL too may lopsided games because people either too many of the best players end up on one side, or the Zerg rush happens, and can't be punished by a smaller number of entrenched defenders.

      For a "noob" as you described yourself you seem to have a good understanding of these games and the common issues people have with them. It is not only the new players which take issue with vision mechanics abuse in ww2. Veteran players, even with fully skilled commanders take issue with the trend of the camping high alpha damage tank destroyers. As well as the supposedly Nerfed SPG which took a hit to their alpha damage but not to their DPM and as compensation received a buff to accuracy, aim time and hit points.

      @@Imhimonthestreet They did this as a balancing feature for ww2 well before true vision was ever conceived. Following the update of 6.0 with equipment and crew changes, added foliage, as was then possible; the game has been a slight bit unbalanced now. Not horribly unbalanced but it is trying at times.

    Agree maps bit small and better idea would be tank v tank . Reality is the Weasel tow as fun as it is would never go head to head against tanks but would sit back. The tanks are pretty evenly matched i have found although only been playing a month . I find the ww2 maps more fun to play. Again why would tanks operate in built up areas never would happen. Hope we get more El Alamein maps or the Airfield great fun

    I agree with your comments it's a subject that all era 3 tankers have, what once was for the most part enjoyable games has become absurd. just played my TT leopard 2A5 and the enemy ran as a pack and rolled over our team this happened 3 games in a row all lead by the Whiesel and other broken prem tanks. But I don't agree with seige mode for heavies cause in real life a chally 2 can with its current tech pick multiple targets and accurately hit them. Sadly we need a proper in depth review of all era 3 tanks it has been broken that bad and sadly the biggest issue is people have paid to survive in era 3 and change to these op tanks will instantly devalue the £30 to £50 paid but if era 3 is to survive the offending tanks need nerfed or what's the point in grind a tech tree past era 2 it's pointless. I almost gave up on this game when I tried to grind to the leclerc with Whiesels then 477's nope won't be doing that again.

    Let’s turn back to the armadillo saga
    Where everyone was up in arms about it with its speed and accuracy on the move as well as everything else
    At that time there was hardly no other light tanks to deal with its speed but heavy tanks where able to keep up with it
    Heavy tanks they shouldn’t be able to do stuff like that but they do
    After a lot of complaining it got unfairly nerfed
    In comparison there are tanks that make the issues that the armadillo had look very minor inconvenience like the centurion avre, taran, Wiesel etc
    It’s like receiving a yellow card in football and a var check to clarify it but it was a legal challenge and wasn’t deemed one and another player a few minutes later goes into a bone crunching tackle injuries the opponent and nothing is done
    The armadillo nerf is comical compared to other tanks just completely wrecking games in seconds not minutes
    I think cw needs the dramatic impact in its maps to stop lemming trains where something happens on the map to split up and reroute players to make games longer and attempt to be fun

    REMOVE AIM LOCK/AUTO AIM, add more bigger maps, add more co-axel secondary weapons, add more foliage and cover around maps to try and deter people from camp sniping. Aim lock or auto aim is the biggest problem with this game. I also wish there was a game mode like front lines or how in warthunder where you can choose a few tanks and be able to respawn and continue playing in longer drawn out battles. This loop of waiting a minute to get into a game that lasts less than 3 minutes is stale and archaic.

    Tanks for the video. It’s nice to see our top players making a effort to make the game better. Your proposal sounds very interesting. Get closer to real life. That would be a solution for the Weasel also, drive into a tree at 70 km/h with a Weasel and you are dead! I have seen Weasel’s up close, it’s like a VW Up with a gun 🤦‍♂️ Maybe bigger map’s is a solution. Someone suggested different Spawn points, if you don’t start in a pack, you, probably wound play in a pack. I’m staying out of era 3 in the moment, era 2 is okay, sometimes, era 1 is cool. I love Cold War, sorry, but I can’t get used to vanishing tanks inWW 2, so that not my thing. A lot of tanks in WW 2 are produced en researched after WW 2, so the would have their place in CW, I wouldn’t care to buy, or grind, tank two times. Era 1 would become much more interesting to play. I’m hoping the fix it. My 5 cents to the issue 😊 Tank you GG

    Yes,Era 3 needs alot of attention to the the main 4 premium tanks that ruin most games. 477 292 thumper and wessel. They should be limited to how many on a team and the 477 amour needs to be like the amourstats. 50 mm, but 780mm can’t pen like WTF. I don’t even play era 3 anymore. Those 4 have ruined it and i still did the other day my damage record of over 17k in a m1a2 but guess what not 1 of those premiums 😂🤦🏼‍♂️

    I agree era 3 is broken. Hardly anyone wants to play it now. It isn’t an easy fix, but nerfing the moving accuracy would be a start. Also they should remove caps for era 3.

    Comment on era 3 may be off discussion but RNG is killing me on thumper and 277 they have biggest guns and I bounce on tanks with no armor sometimes every shot in some games it's clear the computer is saying to me forget about your done!

    How is this not working as intended? If you take out ww2 tanks and replace them with much faster cold war tanks with better alpha, better dpm etc. But you’re still using assets, game modes, maps etc designed for the slower ww2 tanks, how are you not going to run into problems?
    Again, if everything is fast, why wouldn’t you yolo in a pack on one side of the map? Who says (for cw) this isn’t a 100% viable option? There’s a reason why they say ‘safety in numbers’.
    When lights came to ww2 they changed the game fundamentally and when I first played CW, I said this is the same thing, just on another level.
    You can’t introduce tank types that don’t fit that criteria and expect not to have problems. In other words, I do not consider my Thumper TD to be a TD. It’s a monster looney oversized light tank. So if people are not playing their TDs as TDs, who’s at the back providing support? If tanks are not being used according to their designed roles, how are you not gonna have problems?
    I would say that the only times I would play the Thumper as a TD would be on the two CW maps. Perhaps that is the problem, that a lot of pre CW maps are just not fit for purpose in CW and there needs to be more maps designed with CW primarily in mind.
    When we had the first two CW maps on ww2, they just never worked for ww2. So where are more maps just for CW?
    You already did a vid on era 3 being a joke and wg (if I remember correctly) criticized you for not providing solutions?!? Really? WG are asking the community to provide the solutions? We do btw and the main solution is don’t introduce stupid OP tanks, but they always do.
    And that’s what CW is. Lots of crazy, fast strong tanks. My Thumper TD: two 10k dmg games back to back. That’s insane! One of them was 100% RBRT with ZERO damage taken! How is that possible? Because my tank might say TD in the garage, but I don’t need to play it as a TD. I’ll get a better result if I play it as a bully, because it has the characteristics of a bully tank even though it says ‘TD, stay at the back and provide support from a distance’.
    When I think of WG and them doing CW, the word that comes to mind is sloppy. The OP tanks and expecting everything to just work using ww2 assets, not realizing that eventually due to speedy tanks everyone will just yolo down one side. It’s just so sloppy.
    I get that the Weisel was most probably their biggest seller of the year. But they saw what it did to CW and then decided, let’s sell it again! And this time round everyone knows what it can do, it will sell even more. Something that’s causing misery to players, let’s fix it? NO! Let’s bring it back!
    I take back the sloppy argument, they know exactly what they’re doing!
    On a positive note, hasn’t CW gotten better with the silver nerf? If ww2 idiots (like myself) have stopped playing CW due to the silver nerf, hasn’t the gameplay improved? I know I never played CW with tactics, strategy in mind. Was just there to poo on everyone and rob the bank.

    Actually i think the alpha on the thumper is kinda meh, you can do good shot for shot lets say against an abrahms. But onece the mbts use that dpm plus snap shot ability its over

    At the end of the day wargaming will do nothing because you still have all of these CC’s and content creators showing off the new latest and greatest premium tanks so that all the whales can buy them
    It will happen again and again. Next with the MBT-B reward tank. Players who won’t get it for free because their account is under 7 years old will just pay for it after watching a few videos about it from the console CZcamsrs
    The only way wargaming would do anything about the game is by boycotting. It’s only about money for wargaming. We can make all the videos in the world ranting about wargaming and their desire to never improve the game, but they’ll never listen, so it’s wasted energy. As long as they’re still lining their pockets with gold sales

    You are completely missing out on the Armadillo and FV4211.. Those two Premiums broke the game long before the Wiesel and Thumper.. Or the MOBAT.. It was by introduction a jack of all trades wich made grinding the era questionable...

    Sorry, Wargaming DECIDES, AFTER they put the vehicle thru the test server, how it should be in the game. Wargaming put this crap in AFTER being tested, to make money. To have an OP vehicle like the Weasel running around destroying the game taking over 30 days to fix is total BS. You may disagree, but I'd ask you this...WHY did they bring it out for sale even after they found out how toxic it was?
    Making the game better is NOT what this company wants to do, regardless of who you spoke with, their MAIN objective is to make money, or they would listen to those players on the test servers.
    Look, power creep is brought on by the company that makes the game, they CHOSE to bring out the "next best thing" to get paid, then they will deal with it after the community cries and bitches, and we "need" 6 months of data, but just before that time frame they bring it out for sale.
    I'm not saying every vehicle should be the same, but it's a game, and every vehicle needs to be "balanced" in a way that it will not dominate the entire battlefield. 477's, Weasel's, 292's, they can do that with clans of 3. And I'm sure Wargaming has not thought of that, simply because THEY designed the game.

    Maps are the least concern, I for one am sick and tired of being completely overwhelmed by the Molot or how the Wiesel comes out of nowhere and one-shot you or takes away so much of your HP's, and it's hard enough to track and hit at a distance but it's impossible to track and hit at close range. I'm pretty sure I'm not alone but I've invested a great deal of time and a good deal of funds to buy the gold for the tanks I want. Most of my team say Forget Cold War and stick to world War. Which I play a lot also but I prefer Modern tanks. I've called fora boycott to get WG attention but not enough to effect change.

    If you want to use real-world stats, then tanks would most likely be one-shot. So, having to shoot a Weisel, or a BMP 3 six times to kill it isn't real-world. Make repair times longer, higher alpha, and reduce speeds. Nobody will yolo if the threat of being one-shot is real.

      Its interesting reading that when so many people all ready moan about tanks that can be one shot. But the idea of a tank the size and weight of a small car withstanding multiple shells from a MBT is rather bizarre.

    Weasel and light tanks in general have too high of hit points for what they are. Even lights in Era 1 have hit points of mediums and destroyers. Maybe some should be slowed down but I believe a decrease in hit points would make them reconsider Yoloing to back of opposing teams spawn. Yes I too believe Era 3 tanks are all way to fast. It's unplayable and not enjoyable in my opinion, zero strategy. Wanted to make silver before the big changes but couldn't stomach playing Era 2 and Era 3. As of now I mainly stick to ww2 and venture a little at Era 1. I just dont enjoy watching light tanks driving across the map w zero regard with high hit points in all Eras. Most will say can't beat em join em but I'm just wanting a balanced game were strategy and tank classes actually plays their role.

    The game in general is not fun to play anymore. The fact that no matter what era or mode you lose silver. The game has become a money grab anymore. After playing for 10 years now I've seen a lot of changes some good most bad.

      Even with the nerfed silver earnings the earning potential is still way higher than world war 2 mode

    I asume that this speed nerf include ALL vehicles in cw, not just heavys? If its just heavy that you want to nerf they will be sitting ducks for the real problem. As you said, era3 was perfectly fine in erly 2023, before wiesels introduction. So afther all the speed of the heavys might not be the problem?! 🤔 Just saying.

    I agree. Era 3 is complete the worst era to play by far. I do not enjoy it whatsoever. If you look at tt tanks, just pick any mbt and follow the rest and hope they push hard and win in a couple of minutes. There is no reason to play any other class or pick any other tactic then yolo all together and hope you win. There is no enjoyment to be found in playing like that. So for me era 3 is a no go.

    Im sorry but i have to disagree, one of the main reasons cw is so popular compared to ww2 mode is the more modern and high octane fast paced action, somewhat similar to modern military games like call of duty etc. we all know whats ruining era 3 its pretty much unplayable/indestructible tanks like the wiesel and molot, fix these overpowered tanks to have a actual weakness and that will in turn fix the balancing issues in era3.

    A wiesel should be one shot... or 2... but with up to nearly 3000hp... ant then not be able to shot on high speed. Maybe something like strv only then on slow mode or have a bad aim on the move like an arty. But like now its not ok.

    WTF has the heavy tank's speed to do with the fact that it´s the Wisel TOW that has killed era 3 to do with anything? Rockets and its speed+camo has killed era 3. Doing a seige mode on all the other normal tanks is just going to make the Wisel TOW and Jaguar and all the other light/rocket tanks even better.
    Nerf all rockets or remove them the game and order will be restored to the republic.

    But when the weasel came out all the cc's made video's raving about it and when they stream they use it to meme other players. But yet they say it's so op now. Maybe it's because a lot of people have purchased and there's more of them in game and it's no fun for them now.

    I just don't understand WG. They spend vaste amounts of money creating and promoting CW. Then introduce OP Premiums and TT tanks that turn a tank game into Mario bros Super smash tanks. It just doesn't make sense. And then muck about with the silver economy. I wonder what it's like in the other Mega verses.

    I agree i love realistic tank games WOT console is one of my favorites. I mostly play CW era 3 because i like modern Tanks. And ive written several Rants about how overpowered the OBJ 447 Molot is and how the Wiesel will appear right behind you and do a lot of damage or take you completely out with one shot ive also complained that some tanks can see me but i cannot detect them on the map or on the screen there in the bush not on the map and no symbol over head. The only clue you get is rounds coming at you. I have suggested we band together and boycott WG maybe if enough complain maybe wg will make some adjustments.

      Idk I think they won't get the message until there are something drastic happens. And besides why would you make something like that anyway, I have invested a lot of time and money to get the vehicles and level I want to play and I face a vehicles that takes so many rounds and moves so fast it's impossible to track at close range or another that you almost can't beat.

    Sorry don't agree.with a siege mode , just reduce the speed etc .LIghts should be the fast and accurate with low alpha , .Heavies should be slow less accurate but with high alpha . Also slowing the big alpha tanks down makes wolf packs less likely to happen or just get rid of true vision

    To slow the Wiesel down take away the engine booster and the tracking system on equipment then if the Wiesel will be slower and it might stop them yo rolling in game or run and gun other tanks

    Wargaming needs more brains like our CCs and CAs great points and suggestions another point I would suggest would be some kind of atgm defense equipment and not just a warning system. Some kind of like shrapnel defense with a cooldown bc it seems like atgm are OP

    Anything involving coldwar vehicles, war thunder does better. Plain and simple, having night vision, IFR, proper reactive armor mechanics and active protection. Ww2 era is really the only good game that world of tanks does ok

    The Weasel has to go. I don't hate Cold War but I do hate Era 3 and the Weasel is stupid. I was never going to do Cold War at all. But last year I decided to do the grind and I found Era 1 & 2 quite fun. But the Weasel has made up my mind that I will not do the grind to Era 3. Just yesterday I played where there were 5 Weasels on each team and both teams were platooned with Weasels it's fun to watch but when you are in a grind and you get bullied by 3 Weasels it takes the fun out of the game. To me it's just plain stupid especially when the game drags on chasing after each other in Weasels just stupid. I refuse to play the Weasel and the FV 4005 just out of respect for other players. I like playing a good competitive battle yet those two tanks when platooned to bully others not so much fun. The FV 4005 and the Weasel both have to be brought to a point of making the game competitive. Plus True Vision has to go.

    I don’t play Era 3 because I don’t have any tanks unlocked yet, but I have way more fun playing Cold War than I do WW2. Also fish slapped is annoying, his voice is irritating and he needs a script or something because his rambling and stuttering makes his videos impossible to watch.
