Part of the issue. Don’t wear high heels 👠 they majorly jack your back up. Wear flat shoes with proper arch support. Make sure your office provides you with an ergonomic chair to if you’re sitting a lot.

Good video, but I highly recommend an external shotgun microphone for the camera that is filming. There is a lot of background noise from the vents or a/c plus a lot of echo.

i find this doesnt work it gives temporary relief but the body pulls everything right back again you have to stretch and strength certain muscles and you wont even need to be adjusted. example i had rounded shoulders i strengthened my back musles and rear delts and i stretched my chest and lats = perfect shoulder posture

That thing you did at 6:09, when my chiropractor does that he says there's "no movement". I have been going for a while now and still nothing. I think it's because of myofascial knots. Any advice on getting movement in (i think) thoracic spine, or whatever the vertebrae are which move when you do that?
