Does it have a good quality of sound? = is correct. The second question is wrong because once you use "does" to ask a question "have" follows. "Has" won't come.

"Delivered" is past participle that has to be connected to the word "have". "I will deliver the parcel" means that the person speaking promises to deliver the parce. "I will have the parcel delivered" means that the person speaking will send the parcel through some one to your house.

In "Have had" "had" is used as a past participle word; so they can come together.
