    Ingredients.
    1 Bowl Jeera
    1 Cup Maida
    1/3 Cup Of Suji(Rava).
    1 Tbsp. Black Pepper.
    2 Small Tbsp. Ghee
    1 Cup Of Maida
    3 Small Tbsp. Ghee
    Process
    Start Flame & Take Pan. Add 1 Bowl Jeera. Keep Stirring till Colour Change.
    Cool Down Jeera. Take A Mixer Jar & Add Roasted Jeera.
    Your Roasted Jeera Powder Is Ready.
    Take A Pan, Add 1 Cup Maida (All Purpose Flour).
    Add 1/3 Cup Of Suji(Rava), 1 Tbsp. Black Pepper, 1 Tbsp. Jeera Powder & As Per Taste Salt, 2 Small Tbsp. Ghee & Mix Well All Ingredients.
    Add 1/3 Cup Of Weater.
    Knead To A Smooth & Tight Dough.
    Rest dough for 20 Min.
    After 20 Min. Knead The Dough Again.
    Make A Round Balls.
    Roll The Thin Roti.
    Take A Bowl, Add 1 Cup Of Maida & 3 Small Tbsp. Ghee.
    Mix Well All & Maida & Ghee Paste Is A Ready.
    Take One Maida Roti Apply The Maida & Ghee Paste.
    Spread To All Side.
    Layer it With Another Rolled Maida Roti, Again Apply The Maida & Ghee Paste.
    Again Layer It & Apply Maida & Ghee Paste.
    Roll The Layers Together Tightly.
    Cut & Remove The Sides.
    Cut Into 1/2 Inch Thickness & slightly press, your Round Dough Is A Ready.
    Roll The Puri, Slightly Thick & Your Raw Puri Is A Ready.
    Deep Fry In Medium Hot Oil On Slow To Medium Flame.
    Fry Until It Turns Golden & Crispy.
    Crispy & Tasty Puri Is A Ready.
