    Competition of cars with four-wheel drive, front-wheel drive and rear-wheel drive. Who will be better in this or that situation? For example: roller test, steep hill climb test (35 degrees), driving around obstacles at speed, best drift test, pulling test of 9000 kg cart and off-road test! Pleasant viewing!
    The video was created about 10 hours of black recording and 4-5 hours of editing, 1.5 hours of rendering and processing on CZcams!

    That was totaly unfair. If he steered in the roler test in fwd, he would get off. In the hill test, fwd had like 140hp and rwd had 300 and awd had 400. In the handling test u have to stay with the same car bc different cars have different platforms

      @@bxndxlx4150 Awd= 4 wheels get the power of the engine all the time. It’s controlled by a computer and/or a mechanical center diff like old 90’s Subarus.
      4x4= 4 wheels CAN receive power of the engine driven if the driver wants to through an electronic diff selector switch or a lever. On some larger old vehicles like a early 2000’s Ford excursion, you would have to manually lock the wheel hubs outside of the vehicle then go inside and select 4x4 to ensure proper 4x4 operation. However you can’t drive in 4x4 on tarmac because all the wheels are getting 25% power (25x4=100) basically 50/50 power split and are not able to reduce/increase the torque per wheel. Driving with 4x4 engaged on tarmac will damage the differentials and the transfer case. That’s why vehicles equipped with 4x4 have a 2wd mode for normal driving.

    • @gallerr7103
      @gallerr7103 Před 3 lety

      In stock cars its true, but in high power engines fwd is the worst for traction because it's like You're pulling the weight of the car, that is behind the front wheels, while rwd is instead pushing the weight from the back and the weight of the engine that is in front of the rear wheels will help the rwd traction, more weight on wheels means more traction. An example of this will be a 400hp civic on street tires and a Camaro or a mustang on street tires, civic would still be spinning in 3rd gear and a Camaro would spin 1rd and a little on 2nd

    AWD are good and effective while driving as their wheels share equal torque from vehicle body for movement.As I observed at all the tests 'AWD' car is better than those two...!

    Would be better if all has the same hp , same car , same setup ,only drivetrain was the only difference

    And you use the limited slip differential for the AWD but you use the open differential for the RWD and FWD

    I dont mean to be “that guy” in the comments, but theres a difference between AWD and 4WD and alot of people dont know this. the truck in this video isnt AWD its 4WD. 4WD is usually for offroading, and has a torque distribution of 50/50 front and back (usually) this is why AWD is different (for the most part)

    Actually if u kept into the throttle the front wheel drive car would have won obstacle avoidance because it would’ve pulled the nose out strait

    It's not cool, fwd might be really good for track if you have enough power and slick tyres.
