I’m late and genuinely angry that they came for Trixie’s outfit, it’s way cuter than the ones that criticized it were wearing. Hers made more sense and was more creative than both jasmine and ginger were their entire career.
On a positive side, the make up on the episode. Pearl, Miss Fame, and Katya’s make up is especially fantastic.
Oh exactly. Ginger and Jasmine’s looks could’ve been (just “safe” looks) on any eleganza runway but Trixie’s was original and creative.

It was lacklustre because of all the shitty acting challenges, pearl, miss fame, violet and max are very very similar in aestetic, the old lady bregade (with the exception of Katya) were very unlikable. It was just kind of a mess. But as individuals, the queens are among the most successful in drag race herstory.
Rivera Vlogs so glad I’m not the only one who thinks that way. There was no solidarity dude, no openness to new styles of drag. They weren’t celebrating eachother like other queens in other seasons. Kennedy and ginger and ESPECIALLY jasmine were unbearable to watch to me.

One of the things that always seemed to happen in season 7 was Ginger, Jasmine, and Kennedy spent the whole time throwing shade at the younger queens, and then when the younger queens called them out on it and said "Hold on, that's bullshit", the older queens immediately pretended they had done nothing wrong like "Oh my GOSH! You don't need to get so defensive. I don't know why you're accusing me of all people of throwing shade". I don't know if it's because it just happened that they're all southern and the younger queens are predominantly Northern, and Northern US Americans tend to be a bit more upfront, while Southern US Americans tend to be a bit more veiled - a little bit smiley and patronising, like "Well sweetie, I'm sure it looked good when you put it on"

Holy shit, what was with Jasmine? Maybe they edited something out that could explain it, but she became so harsh and belligerent all of the sudden. It totally threw me off.
