Hard to say. I personally hate wearing headphones at the gym and prefer earbuds. So to me, every headphone is "too warm" at the gym.
They dont feel very warm wearing them though so if you prefer headphones in the gym, they should work

Has anyone tried to pair these with the Xbox Series X?
I’d love to get a new headset that looks and feels good for daily use as well as for when I play Xbox.
