The new space is looking wonderful! It has been fun to see the transition to the new garden design. If you’re interested in seeing what cut flowers are looking like in NE Washington, I invite you to virtually visit my garden via my channel - I posted a garden update last weekend. We’re growing much of the same flowers, and it’s interesting to see the slight difference in our season. My location is 6a/6b - we’re right at a transition line and in a small microclimate. The Beatles like marigolds more than zinnias
Yes they go after those too but my marigold plants are super small yet.
May I ask what the spacing and aisle widths are for your dahlia bed?
Both beds and paths are 18in this year. I’ve never done my paths that narrow but I am trying to cut down on weeding. Past years I had 4 foot grass paths between. I will probably do 24in paths with straw again next year as it’s tight this year.
