Dia it is so expensive a little bit
This was by far the easiest tutorial I've seen for adding a background. If I could show you what I was doing before, you'd laugh. Thank you God!

Nice one
Hi Dana ..great video👍 what is the max print size if l use your digital backdrops?
Really depends on the backdrop. My earlier ones were a bit smaller on size, but newer ones are larger. usually 7000-7500px on longest side.
All are 300dpi. Many have printed them in different sizes with good results however. 🙂
what is the best versatile backdrop/background color to use so u can easily replace it with your backrops, i have grey and white in my studio
darker backgrounds are best to use if you plan to use a digital backdrop. Makes blending easier usuaiully. Unless you are doing something with a backlit white look, then I'd us a white backdround and back light it. :)
Thank you for going the point the others talk way to much so thank you for the video
thank you! hope you found it helpful.
Can you use this type of digital backdrop on a white backdrop or it has to be a similar color to the digital?
You could use on a white background buttttt white backgrounds aren’ t the best color backgrounds to start with digitals, unless you are going to completely cut the person out of the white background and composite them into the digital backdrop scene. That’s a bit different then what I show here, but not to hard to do.
Using a similar color background color to the digital backdrop can also work. 🙂
Do you offer personal editing for a fee?
I really liked you video - a lot especially the drop shadow on the skinny backdrop. Do you have a video that has a way of making the subject cut out more realistic. Most cuts do not look realistic. Also ... do you have a video on creating lighting shadow so the subject doesn't look like they are floating in air.???
3 videos are provided when any of my digital products are purchased that go abit more in depth to using them.
Otherwise, you can also look at my most recent video called ‘Floral Seas Composite’ on here for one way on how to do shadows.
Other ways are in the 3 videos buyers receive.
I don't have the select subject option on my Photoshop. How do I cut the subject out?
You would then have to do it the more old school way, but I don’t have a tutorial for that. But there are plenty here on CZcams for that method. Just search ‘how to cut out or clip a person in photoshop’ :)
How do you get the two images (digital backdrop and inserted image) to have the same tonal quality so that they look realistic
Working on the layers separately helps with that. As well as choosing a backdrop that fits pretty well woththe lighting and overall mood of you lighted model/client image.
On the seperate background and model/client layers you can adjust anything you need to like exposure, hue/sat, color balance, selective coloring, and so on.
You can see my other videos as well on me editing with digital backgrounds also.
Boooooooooooom hello Diana
Greetings Dana
