Shekhar not allowing his son to talk and handle media interaction could be one of the reasons why film makers don’t cast him..may be. They may think that shekhar would interfere a lot , manipulate his son..you never know.

Thank God for Bombay Journey.... we got to see how the Shekhar is so freaking knowledgeable, well-spoken, impeccable with words and his son Adhyayan who looks hot, handsome, smart, well-behaved and such knowledge of the art which was far more underestimated with him. I personally found Adhyayan uber-hot..... hope to have a BF like him someday....! I am sure they're going to rock the film Hiramandi and so looking forward to see them doing much more of such big projects in the future....! but Adhyayan... I JUST LOVE YOU......😘😘😘

Shekhar is one of few real show star with great humour and education manners and he was rightly poking his nose whenever his son was going offroad, he dosent wants him to do anymore off reading activities and knows his son is very vlunarble against media
But he has to give him the total freedom so that he learns how to correctly answer the questions. Unless given a chance, how will he learn?

Shekhar didn't let his son speak , he's is such a joke. He wonders why his son wasn't given a chance in the industry! You have no confidence in your grown son and his capabilities? Take a step back Shekhar Suman. Why is he even sitting in this interview? Do other actors bring their papa jis to the interviews? It's crazy to next level I feel. I love both of them but not together. Shekhar saab, respect your son!

Shekhar Suman comes across as the most nosey and self obsessed person. He is just not letting his son talk and using this show to showcase his command over language and just throwing our phrases every now and then
Plz for God’s sake , shekhar..plz let your son speak and complete his sentence. I have been watching almost all the interviews alongside your son, you interrupt him so much that at one point it’s starts getting very annoying. We all know you are a great talent India has and we all love you for that but plz let other talk and do not interrupt.
Happy for Father Son duo. Adhyayan deserves more. Shekhar is an accomplished person and should let his son express and allow screen time. Unfortunately, seems like Shekhar is promoting himself more even though deep within he wants to nurture his son. Son should realise this and start asserting himself, be more vocal and come out of shell. But both look good together and salute the mother at home. She stood like a rock - Shekhar hasn’t learnt his lessons despite hard times, like a school kid who learnt cycling, he is excited like a new comer. Such a shame. That was the reason for his not able to crack it despite huge talent. Comes across as very arrogant, egotistic and loud mouth. May be physical limitations will make him wiser. Agein gracefully is not in his destiny. Love them and wish them peace, success and happiness. Sudro…abhi bhi time hai.
Can’t fathom why Shekhar is deliberately using Urdu words, as if he is trying to impress and show off that he love Urdu and knows Urdu. Urdu is such a beautiful language and it should come off naturally but here you can see his effort as if he is trying to impress someone or a group. Strange..but looks very fake and artificial. Otherwise he is so intelligent, crookedly smart..

Shekhar FOR GOD SAKE let adhyayan speak and express himself!!!! Height of self obsession! During all the interviews they lately gave he simply kept interruping and never let him even complete. It is so irritating and selfish on Shekhar Suman's part. Adhyayan is being treated like a school going kid.

✋️2 things that I noticed..
1. 5:05 "Prithvi toh mujhe maloom bhi nahin tha kya hain".
How in the world is someone who wants to be an actor and comes to Bombay to start his career not know about Prithvi Theatre!...that too in the 80's Something doesnt seem right here.
2. I think Shekhar has been really missing the lime light for a long time..there was a time when he was at the top as an entertainer - I say this because he doesn't let his son talk..Shekhar missed this attention for decades...and now he finally has it again...for an artist thats the food they crave for...but a mature and secure artist is not addicted to it.
I also noticed the way he was setting his microphone in the beginning..but if you pay attention he was adjusting his shirt to expose just the right amount of chest to show off his Ripped and Fit chest..the longing to still look young and fit in with the younger generation....Rajesh Khanna had the same problem. If you check out his much older interviews he comes across much more humble compared to all these recent ones.
