Hate the loading screen within the same household … if they were 2 sec I wouldn’t mind. Probably wouldn’t even notice it as much. But I hate how after loading screen it shows your household from high up and then zooms in again. Like I’m newly visiting the lot. Breaks the immersion 😢
Yes, why reuse the same animation or angle, dislike that angle zooming in. And why they are teleported outside, not inside in front of the exact door. Sims team, please patch this, it really means a lot to us.. pretty please.
@@Marmuzele The amount of cc surely has an impact. 😅 I bought an expensive really good gaming pc this summer, not laptop, and even that I don't experience any annoyances, I do feel the just a tiny bit slower loading etc due to my motherloads of cc. xD
I'm really curious as to why no water lots in Sulani? A lot of families are multigenerational and it would have been nice to have a grandparents space.
I just wish there were more lots, I wanted to put a bar and yoga studio in that downtown area but I'll have to remove half the buildings 😔 if this had like 3-4 more lots it would be perfect. Why is it only two neighborhoods too? I thought EPs were usually three

I'm mad it wasn't in City Living. Been playing since sims 1 and I am disapointed a lot of the packs were segmented and broken down into smaller more expensive packs.

@@wheezel55 I’m not saying it’s an excuse but based on the rabbit holes , it there for a reason, performance, sims 3 had rabbit holes to help minimize lag from an already lag ridden game. They improved the sims 4 by getting rid of the open world concept which was a main culprit for the lag. It’s rabbit holes but at least the game is more accessible to the range of players. Sims 4 has its issue but same for the previous games. But by performance wise, it’s an improvement. Rather play a game without the ridiculous lag than having just for a rabbit hole.

Hey, EA! Now that you released a pack for ... apartments... can we get some numbers to place near the door of each apartment? Like a wall decoration. Would be nice to have these in apartment buildings and give it a more realistic feel. If it doesn't come with the pack(I don't know this, since I don't have it yet), can they come with a patch update?
Honestly I was super excited for this pack but after seeing this stream and the empty game play , rabbit holes, and shells I just can’t or WONT be paying $40
And the pack breaks doors. Notice how rental lots doors don't go down with the walls? Yeah they did that by design. San Myshuno apartments have been broken like this since June 2022.

Also, The Sims 3 was an open world, while in this expansion you need to go through a loading screen inside your own lot. I agree, I won’t pay $40 or in my currency, R$ 200,00 for infinite loading screens.. plus, I’m very disappointed 😢
1:11:23 Brazil is devastated. The loading screen inside the lot completely ruined the experience for the gameplay. The sims 4 already have the code to simply show the house when in the lot, just think, when we are in a neighbor’s lot in the normal game, we can see the inside of the house only after we knock on the door. Why can’t we have the same game mode inside MY OWN LOT for this expansion??? Having to go through the loading screen takes off the immersion of the gameplay in this case. I can imagine that a whole bunch of people won’t buy the expansion just because of that, you can count me as one of them. At least this could have been a game pack instead of an expansion. I sincerely hope that in the future we have an update of this expansion removing all these loading screens and making the gameplay more immersive and fluid.
honest question: why do you think the loading screen is a thing? like, do you genuinely believe that the devs LIKE the loading screen? or is it maybe - just maybe - because they’re making this pack compatible with 2014 computers and having that many sims (and objects) on a lot at once would make the game unplayable?
I think the rattan/caned furniture definitely matches well with the rattan/caned furniture from Growing Together- it's really nice to see cohesiveness stylistically.
You see cohesive style. I see they stole furniture from in development packs to try & make Growing Together a pack they could charge $40 for. They stole sleeping bags from Horse Ranch, Family Reunions should have been in Horse Ranch too, Rocking Chairs from Horse Ranch, movie theater from High School Years, the rattan bed & rugs in Growing Together belong in For Rent & so do the wall art pieces that show all of south east asia. Growing Together was a huge cash grab to try & pay for the community demands that they make infants. It was a hodge podge slapped together pack that literally has stolen from likely 2 years worth of other packs cobbling together $40 worth of material.
City living 2.0.. been playing sims since 2001.. it's so sad what EA did with this franchise 💔 an empty $1000+ game ... so sad, they are not even trying
Personally, I think the child activities- hopscotch & marbles are long overdue still welcomed. I do seriously wish water lots were rentable though, penthouses are already rentable partially with city living so I guess thats understandable. Water lots are a let down though. The botanial garden area was a nice view, along with the town center fountain and fish market is a nice touch even being another rabbithole. The market stalls truly aren't that much entertaining versus rabbitholes imo. The mechanics seem nice and smooth enough, I see people keep complaining about the door glitch.. maybe its just me but a door glitch isnt as dire as some of the other glitches we still face today. With that being said, I think the customization makes up for it in a way, we can have seperate traits for the units, and a cheat for more units? Yes, please. These may have been features that should've came along time ago but can't dwell on the should've. It's here now. The autonomy for communal spaces, aka, grilling could become a problem later, but that's also partially on the builder and their wants/needs for gameplay. Opting in for mold is a good choice as well, I wanted to like dust the bust so bad but ugh. Atleast this will likely, hopefully, be better. I'd say all the mechanic tweaks, and customization makes it worth 40.

@laizafrancine3127 I'm not fond of it by itself but thankfully, there was a switch household option that will cut out the loading screens. They did better this time versus city living imo! I do believe they said (don't quote me) but the switch household button should come to base game as well! That'd be AMAZING if it did. I'm going to watch again just to be sure haha. I cant wait to play with this new expansion pack!! Im from Nigerian and have been playing Sims since I was 12 and I'm noW 23. I hope in future we can have an "Africa" inspired world that would be so cool!
As a Malaysian, I'm just happy that we finally get a pack that is inspired by Southeast Asia. The lack of bigger lots isn't really an issue for me, because realistically, some cities in Southeast Asia tend to be packed and crowded with cramped living space. It'll be an interesting challenge for us to build 6 units on a small lot☺
Yeah, happy to get Southeast Asia pack :) But i do think it's too expensive for such a small world and such small lots. even in dollars, much more especially when in Malaysian Ringgit. Still appreciate it though, thank you so much. If this is a game pack instead of expansion pack, i don't have any complaint i guess (or if i get it free of charge).

It's not even the price that's becoming difficult for me, but it's the space it takes to run the game smoothly and not crash back to the desktop. I've lived over a year now without a PC because of my current location. But whenever I do look into another system, I know that a lot of resources are going towards running the game the way I was acustomed to back in early 2022
It’s cool that you’re adding new apppliances, but you need functioning cabinets, a place to put all of the small appliances like the waffle, popcorn, and ice cream makers. Work the same as the fridge, shelf, or inventory. Not much difference in code so…You’re welcome.
they're literally gaslighting us into agreeing this is an expansion pack.. no, it's not, it has very limited gameplay and a too small of a world for an expansion. i'm aware EA doesn't need my money but i'm definitely skipping this one
The loading screen makes this pack completely pointless. We could build two houses on the same lot now and get the same result. The only difference is now we can make money from it. The only other thing this pack offers is a park to walk around in and a small lounge. Perhaps the Sims team needs to raise their standards.
The Sims 4 is the most expensive game in history given its almost infinite and limited expansions in the game (they took what should have been an expansion and sliced it as much as possible) It would be great if EA made a free and complete expansion for the game. Earning R$6,000.00 for a slice-of-life game like The Sims 4 and having almost no advantage for the player is a real steal. And it's time to close The Sims 4. Finish with a flourish by creating some free DLCs. They've already gained a lot from this game that was ruined by the bad representatives.

Nobody gonna mention the fact that doors are still visible with walls being partially down? It happens when you live in apartment and it hasn’t been resolved for such a long time. Seeing that this probably isn’t fixed even with new pack coming out is just disappointing.
I wouldn't be mad if front doors of other apartments would be visible but visible doors in your whole sims apartment (while having walls partially down) is just uncomfortable to play, if I would like to click on the door I would just put walls up for a sec. Plus you can't see doors when you live in a house so why have them visible in apartments? The fact that it didn't look like that when city living was released makes it a bug so it's really annoying to see that it still hasn't been fixed.... @@marleythewizard
2001년부터 계속 심즈를 해왔고 확장팩이 다 있다 하지만 이번건 안살거다. 그동안 계속 스스로 괜찮다고 말해왔지만 사실 심즈3 최적화 안되서 게임플레이가 불가능할때부터 짜증이 났고 그럼에도 불구하고 계속 심즈3 확장팩과 유료 아이템을 내는 것에도 짜증이 났어 그리고 심즈4 기대했는데 지금 건축만 하고있어. 건축말고는 플레이가 재미없어요. 심즈2는 정성스러움과 사랑스러움이 있었는데 이제 그런건 없어요. 돈을 벌기위해 오류도 무시한채로 미완성 게임을 계속 내고 그래도 좋은점만 보려고 해왔다. 특히 심즈4에서 아이템이 예쁘네, 월드가 예쁘네, 이번팩은 괜찮네, 다음팩은 더 업그레이드되겠지 하고 스스로 합리화시켰어. 그런데 계속 실망만 준다. 지금 팩은 기존 팩에 있는 아이템 리컬러 한것도 보이고 디자인도 똑같아. 그리고 게임 애니메이션도 얼마 없는데 지금 아파트 건축할 수 있는것 이거말고 뭐가 더 생긴거야? 태국이라면 코끼리를 넣던지 아니면 수상시장도 유명한테 그런건 왜 안넣는거야? 이게 확장팩이라면 호텔기능이나 아니면 진짜 동물보호소를 넣었어야지, 새로운것을 시도 안하고 기존것에서 살짝 변경하고 계속 나온다. 심지어 아이템도.. 그리고 봐 멋지지? 아이템 좋지 ? 이기능 생겼어 없던기능이니까 구입해 라고 말하지! 20년 넘게 심즈를 했고 즐긴적도 많았고 애정도 많은데 너무 실망을 주네. 그래서 이번에는 절대 안산다.
When did Sims 4 become a rabbit hole simulator. I know there have always been rabbit holes in every Sims game but in the last couple years, it seems to be the only thing they give us.

Ha! Hey, I spent most of my life microwave-heating water for tea. And while I have a kettle, now...I still don't understand why it's so hated to use a microwave! Heating water is heating water! xD I'd love for tea drinkers to explain why it's seen as taboo! And those plastic chairs aren't unique to Asian culture, haha! If you've ever been to a backyard barbecue in any southeastern U.S. home, these are the chairs you'll be using! Especially the dirty white one! That said, I'm mostly curious about how this functions alongside the roommate system! I've long tried to run a bed and breakfast using the roommate system...and it kind of works? I even DO have a shared space in the basement of that build, including a daycare, a home theater, vending machines, juice pong table, etc. It'll be nice to update one of my oldest, favorite builds! (The vampire who runs it will be glad, too...)
I'm still waiting for Electric Guitars Bass and Drums like the past 3 Sims Versions had. I was excited for Discover University cause I was hoping for Bands like Sims 2 University. Make it happen Sims 4!
Bands are the only feature I’m still holding out for! It would add so much dimension to the game. Sadly, doesn’t seem like they’re gonna come out with it for the sims 4 :/ These expansion packs fall so flat with little to no replay value. The only redeeming factor this game has is the modding community that props it up.
If anyone is wondering if the pack is worth it . I would definitely save your money it’s very buggy and the main aspect of this “ep” is to play as a landlord I played for a whole sims year and only been payed once for some reason can’t charge more then $2 and to mention how the tenants events are often repeated what’s the of having 20 different ones with you keep getting the same 2 also tenants seem to prefer going into my unit uninvited more then they use the shared space the whole snoop and b/e system is very boring and uneventful overall build/buy :6/10 gp: 2.5/10 world:1/10

I spent hours building a sulani waterfront apartment and now I can’t even play with it 😭😭😭 Well I just saved myself $60CAD cause waterfront apartments were the only thing I was looking forward to with this pack.😅
Look, the subtitles were a great idea! But it needs to be done by someone who knows how to do it, I say Brazilian, that is? I speak Portuguese and there was an error when the subtitles should appear during the video
but you probably forgot that playing Sims 2 with every single pack installed is very frustrating if you don't like what Sims 4 gives to us then go away to another game or wait until the next year for new simulation games, stop hating Sims 4 and being toxic

How touching to see this pack! As an Asian, I do appreciate all the effort for this pack. Btw, I do hope that EA could listen to the wish of Simmers about bringing the Sims 3's world back to Sims 4. I mean instead of letting us stay in front of a loading screen, it would be greater to let us see our Sims drive their functional car around just liek Sims 3. Tbh, I miss that pretty much! That would make Sims 4 much better and of course worth the price! Badeesh ~
I think it's a little unjust to be fined 3 times for the same eviction. Is that a glitch? Also they don't seem to want to pay fines. Will these be fixed before the release?

As someone that’s played since one and bought every single expansion/game pack (they’ve made plenty of readies out of me) Sims 4 has been the most epic disappointment for me. I’m not holding out much hope for this. Just give us Sims 5 already. Lord knows we’ve lined your pockets well enough over the years…
I was pretty excited for this pack due to my gameplay style and how I'm populating my save file, but after knowing there's a cheat to have as many units as we want?? I CAN'T WAIT FOR RELEASE DAY!! Edit: Is there any way to set lease length to indefinite? Or will we able to just input a crazy long amount of days like 9999? I want my sims to live there forever lol
The sims will live there like a normal residence but will pay according to the lease length. So if it’s 14 days they pay rent every 2 weeks but continue to live there like normal
The quality of this showcase is lacking. The sound is horrible, it's like they are in an empty closet, the constant clicking sound of the mouse, the enthusiasm in their voices is non-existent (except for Zoe). This was a pain to watch.
Doors in rental lots stay up like the doors in San Myshuno. DON'T BUY THIS PACK! They literally are going to break doors by design. I'm baffled why they thought this was ok.
@@neville2308 As someone who writes code for a living I can tell you the fact that bugs for future packs manifest years before release shows 1. How long it takes them to create new content & 2. They are well aware of game breaking issues destroying user experience & they simply do not care. So long as players continue to purchase content it really isn't relevant to EA that users hate the content. Sucks to be us, we are the suckers who pay to be angry. It's incredibly frustrating to see a company unethically create a bug that is a known issue for over a year, ignore the bug, build around it for a new DLC, charge the user $40 for the privileged of having the bug break there game further & then mark the bug "by design, will not fix".
i can’t believe this, first they break CL apartments and refuse to fix it for 2 years, now they release new apartments with doors broken from the start. do the devs even play in apartments at all? the doors are so annoying and distracting

Tenho todas as dlc's, não me falta nada, comprei a expansão de cavalos duas vezes porque deu problema em identificar entre a Steam e a EA. Gastei uma fortuna em tudo, mas depois de meses fiquei animada. Pensei que ia compensar, mas gente... parece um pacote de jogo, muito pobre. A jogabilidade é triste. É como se você morasse num apartamento mesmo. Fora que esteticamente fica ridículo você visualizar, na sua própria casa, cômodos vazios - já que você não tem acesso. É horrível olhar para o lado e só ver piso e paredes pintadas. Decepção, apenas. Ideia de comunidade? Que comunidade vazia e sem vida é essa?

It also depends on your pc. My loading screens is not that long that I really care, and I've got a heck lot of CC.

This is a nice game pack. This is by no means an Expansion Pack but this is what you’d expect in a decent game pack.
I wish they had expanded the world to be larger.

And the pack breaks doors. Notice how rental lots doors don't go down with the walls? Yeah they did that by design. San Myshuno apartments have been broken like this since June 2022.

Also, The Sims 3 was an open world, while in this expansion you need to go through a loading screen inside your own lot. 1:11:23 Brazil is devastated. The loading screen inside the lot completely ruined the experience for the gameplay. The sims 4 already have the code to simply show the house when in the lot, just think, when we are in a neighbor’s lot in the normal game, we can see the inside of the house only after we knock on the door. Why can’t we have the same game mode inside MY OWN LOT for this expansion??? Having to go through the loading screen takes off the immersion of the gameplay in this case. I can imagine that a whole bunch of people won’t buy the expansion just because of that, you can count me as one of them. At least this could have been a game pack instead of an expansion. I sincerely hope that in the future we have an update of this expansion removing all these loading screens and making the gameplay more immersive and fluid.

I think the rattan/caned furniture definitely matches well with the rattan/caned furniture from Growing Together- it's really nice to see cohesiveness stylistically.
You see cohesive style. I see they stole furniture from in development packs to try & make Growing Together a pack they could charge $40 for. They stole sleeping bags from Horse Ranch, Family Reunions should have been in Horse Ranch too, Rocking Chairs from Horse Ranch, movie theater from High School Years, the rattan bed & rugs in Growing Together belong in For Rent & so do the wall art pieces that show all of south east asia. Growing Together was a huge cash grab to try & pay for the community demands that they make infants. It was a hodge podge slapped together pack that literally has stolen from likely 2 years worth of other packs cobbling together $40 worth of material.
City living 2.0.. been playing sims since 2001.. it's so sad what EA did with this franchise 💔 an empty $1000+ game ... so sad, they are not even trying

Personally, I think the child activities- hopscotch & marbles are long overdue still welcomed. I do seriously wish water lots were rentable though, penthouses are already rentable partially with city living so I guess thats understandable. Water lots are a let down though. The botanial garden area was a nice view, along with the town center fountain and fish market is a nice touch even being another rabbithole. The market stalls truly aren't that much entertaining versus rabbitholes imo. The mechanics seem nice and smooth enough, I see people keep complaining about the door glitch.. maybe its just me but a door glitch isnt as dire as some of the other glitches we still face today. With that being said, I think the customization makes up for it in a way, we can have seperate traits for the units, and a cheat for more units? Yes, please.
These may have been features that should've came along time ago but can't dwell on the should've. It's here now. The autonomy for communal spaces, aka, grilling could become a problem later, but that's also partially on the builder and their wants/needs for gameplay. Opting in for mold is a good choice as well, I wanted to like dust the bust so bad but ugh. Atleast this will likely, hopefully, be better. I'd say all the mechanic tweaks, and customization makes it worth 40.
What did you think about the loading screens to visit each unit? It completely ruined the experience for me not being able to see the neighbors without the loading screen. 😢
@laizafrancine3127 I'm not fond of it by itself but thankfully, there was a switch household option that will cut out the loading screens. They did better this time versus city living imo! I do believe they said (don't quote me) but the switch household button should come to base game as well! That'd be AMAZING if it did. I'm going to watch again just to be sure haha.

As a Malaysian, I'm just happy that we finally get a pack that is inspired by Southeast Asia. The lack of bigger lots isn't really an issue for me, because realistically, some cities in Southeast Asia tend to be packed and crowded with cramped living space. It'll be an interesting challenge for us to build 6 units on a small lot☺

Yesss, the gray swatch on the basegame-fridge is sooo good! Always found those more modern appliances hard to use bc of the swatches.
It's not even the price that's becoming difficult for me, but it's the space it takes to run the game smoothly and not crash back to the desktop. I've lived over a year now without a PC because of my current location. But whenever I do look into another system, I know that a lot of resources are going towards running the game the way I was acustomed to back in early 2022
It’s cool that you’re adding new apppliances, but you need functioning cabinets, a place to put all of the small appliances like the waffle, popcorn, and ice cream makers. Work the same as the fridge, shelf, or inventory. Not much difference in code so…You’re welcome.

The loading screen makes this pack completely pointless. We could build two houses on the same lot now and get the same result. The only difference is now we can make money from it. The only other thing this pack offers is a park to walk around in and a small lounge. Perhaps the Sims team needs to raise their standards.
And if you have University you can set them up as roommates anyways.

I honestly could not understand what the two ladies were saying for half of the time. This is a very disorganized stream.
The Sims 4 is the most expensive game in history given its almost infinite and limited expansions in the game (they took what should have been an expansion and sliced it as much as possible)
It would be great if EA made a free and complete expansion for the game.
Earning R$6,000.00 for a slice-of-life game like The Sims 4 and having almost no advantage for the player is a real steal.
And it's time to close The Sims 4. Finish with a flourish by creating some free DLCs. They've already gained a lot from this game that was ruined by the bad representatives.
The infamous door glitch from apartments is spreading to residential rentals, now? Why they don't go away when the walls are down? why!?!

In game building or play, the doors and archways should "hide" when in walls cutaway view or walls down view but they do not.
Pls fix the apartment cutaway view for San Myshuno/Evergreen harbor 😑
Nobody gonna mention the fact that doors are still visible with walls being partially down? It happens when you live in apartment and it hasn’t been resolved for such a long time. Seeing that this probably isn’t fixed even with new pack coming out is just disappointing.

I wouldn't be mad if front doors of other apartments would be visible but visible doors in your whole sims apartment (while having walls partially down) is just uncomfortable to play, if I would like to click on the door I would just put walls up for a sec. Plus you can't see doors when you live in a house so why have them visible in apartments? The fact that it didn't look like that when city living was released makes it a bug so it's really annoying to see that it still hasn't been fixed.... @@marleythewizard

하지만 이번건 안살거다.
그동안 계속 스스로 괜찮다고 말해왔지만 사실 심즈3 최적화 안되서 게임플레이가 불가능할때부터 짜증이 났고 그럼에도 불구하고 계속 심즈3 확장팩과 유료 아이템을 내는 것에도 짜증이 났어
그리고 심즈4 기대했는데 지금 건축만 하고있어.
건축말고는 플레이가 재미없어요.
심즈2는 정성스러움과 사랑스러움이 있었는데 이제 그런건 없어요. 돈을 벌기위해 오류도 무시한채로 미완성 게임을 계속 내고 그래도 좋은점만 보려고 해왔다.
특히 심즈4에서 아이템이 예쁘네, 월드가 예쁘네, 이번팩은 괜찮네, 다음팩은 더 업그레이드되겠지 하고 스스로 합리화시켰어.
그런데 계속 실망만 준다.
지금 팩은 기존 팩에 있는 아이템 리컬러 한것도 보이고 디자인도 똑같아.
그리고 게임 애니메이션도 얼마 없는데 지금 아파트 건축할 수 있는것 이거말고 뭐가 더 생긴거야?
태국이라면 코끼리를 넣던지 아니면 수상시장도 유명한테 그런건 왜 안넣는거야?
이게 확장팩이라면 호텔기능이나 아니면 진짜 동물보호소를 넣었어야지, 새로운것을 시도 안하고 기존것에서 살짝 변경하고 계속 나온다.
심지어 아이템도.. 그리고 봐 멋지지? 아이템 좋지 ? 이기능 생겼어 없던기능이니까 구입해 라고 말하지!

When did Sims 4 become a rabbit hole simulator. I know there have always been rabbit holes in every Sims game but in the last couple years, it seems to be the only thing they give us.

Ha! Hey, I spent most of my life microwave-heating water for tea. And while I have a kettle, now...I still don't understand why it's so hated to use a microwave! Heating water is heating water! xD I'd love for tea drinkers to explain why it's seen as taboo! And those plastic chairs aren't unique to Asian culture, haha! If you've ever been to a backyard barbecue in any southeastern U.S. home, these are the chairs you'll be using! Especially the dirty white one!
That said, I'm mostly curious about how this functions alongside the roommate system! I've long tried to run a bed and breakfast using the roommate system...and it kind of works? I even DO have a shared space in the basement of that build, including a daycare, a home theater, vending machines, juice pong table, etc. It'll be nice to update one of my oldest, favorite builds! (The vampire who runs it will be glad, too...)
Lucky that we have the talented CC makers who can fix what EA couldn't and this time we need their help once again to enjoy the new pack 😢

Bands are the only feature I’m still holding out for! It would add so much dimension to the game. Sadly, doesn’t seem like they’re gonna come out with it for the sims 4 :/
These expansion packs fall so flat with little to no replay value. The only redeeming factor this game has is the modding community that props it up.

If anyone is wondering if the pack is worth it . I would definitely save your money it’s very buggy and the main aspect of this “ep” is to play as a landlord I played for a whole sims year and only been payed once for some reason can’t charge more then $2 and to mention how the tenants events are often repeated what’s the of having 20 different ones with you keep getting the same 2 also tenants seem to prefer going into my unit uninvited more then they use the shared space the whole snoop and b/e system is very boring and uneventful overall build/buy :6/10 gp: 2.5/10 world:1/10
jeezz the lack of enthusiasm from the people who create the game. .. but by the lack of content in this pack I understand why. it’s time to start actually adding GAMEPLAAYYY to these packs… come on now. How could the older games be SO in depth and have so much to offer and sims 4 cant even be HALF as good…

I spent hours building a sulani waterfront apartment and now I can’t even play with it 😭😭😭 Well I just saved myself $60CAD cause waterfront apartments were the only thing I was looking forward to with this pack.😅

I mean instead of letting us stay in front of a loading screen, it would be greater to let us see our Sims drive their functional car around just liek Sims 3. Tbh, I miss that pretty much! As someone that’s played since one and bought every single expansion/game pack (they’ve made plenty of readies out of me) Sims 4 has been the most epic disappointment for me. I’m not holding out much hope for this. Just give us Sims 5 already. Lord knows we’ve lined your pockets well enough over the years…

The sims will live there like a normal residence but will pay according to the lease length. So if it’s 14 days they pay rent every 2 weeks but continue to live there like normal

The quality of this showcase is lacking. The sound is horrible, it's like they are in an empty closet, the constant clicking sound of the mouse, the enthusiasm in their voices is non-existent (except for Zoe). This was a pain to watch.
Doors in rental lots stay up like the doors in San Myshuno. DON'T BUY THIS PACK! They literally are going to break doors by design. I'm baffled why they thought this was ok.

@@neville2308 As someone who writes code for a living I can tell you the fact that bugs for future packs manifest years before release shows 1. How long it takes them to create new content & 2. They are well aware of game breaking issues destroying user experience & they simply do not care. So long as players continue to purchase content it really isn't relevant to EA that users hate the content. Sucks to be us, we are the suckers who pay to be angry. It's incredibly frustrating to see a company unethically create a bug that is a known issue for over a year, ignore the bug, build around it for a new DLC, charge the user $40 for the privileged of having the bug break there game further & then mark the bug "by design, will not fix".

É como se você morasse num apartamento mesmo. Fora que esteticamente fica ridículo você visualizar, na sua própria casa, cômodos vazios - já que você não tem acesso. É horrível olhar para o lado e só ver piso e paredes pintadas. Decepção, apenas. Ideia de comunidade? Que comunidade vazia e sem vida é essa?
