Use a Ammonite battery, which has also a "middle" position power (of about 70%). Combined with an extra "add on ring" (with the cable inlet) on your regular suitvalve a nice combination.

Very good and informative review. Straightforward like we need it. It's a pitty you can't rent it as it needs a custom valve and all that. I need something for a cave course I'm taking in 3 weeks. It's 13 degrees and at 18 degrees I'm already cold with traditional inner layers, (I wear 4 good quality layers on my torso and always get cold after 30 min.

Awesome review. If I ever dive in water that cold where regular thermal suits are to much I'll consider that. Doei from the US

Nice video. Are you sure the ThermoValve allows control over the heating vest power output? I am quite sure this swivel is only for drysuit hose routing and not for power control.

You'r right! It doesn't control the heat, it's just a swivel!

How do you find the e motion plus drysuit? I'm about to order a Santi suit and am torn between this and the elite, or maybe even elite plus, has it held up?

Maybe you should test the Thermalution vest, you can wear it under a wetsuit, I consider to buy one

Did test one of the first model which we didn't really like. A lot of the times the remote didn't work and even for one instance it gave a person burn marks. Do you have a more recent version?

@@50ftBelow the problem with thermolution vests, is the actual amount of heat they produce is less than half of the Santi or the Lola. Both the Santi and Lola vests are 55w. The Thermolution best model was just under 25w last time I calced it as I recall.

Moving the lever of the thermo valve doesn’t adjust the power.
