All we wanted was the confirmation. They didn't want to give it and played mysterious, that's why I kinda think they deserved to be photographed kissing. It would never have happened if they just simply said "Yes, we're dating." Because once you confirm it, it stops to be interesting.

The problem with Tom and Zendaya was that they were intentionally mysterious about their dating. If they simply admited it and weren't acting all suspicious and mysterious, paparazzi wouldn't have felt baited and lured to photograph them.
Mike, they do not have to admit to anything if they do not want to. At the end of the day their job is in acting, not blogging or spilling the tea they don't owe us that. Also, paparazzi would have taken pictures whether they admited to it or not. Lilah, though I completely agree with you that is unrealistic. The media's job is to report on things even if it invades privacy. That seems to be the price one has to pay when they are displaying their talent for the masses. They should not have to give us insight on their private lives but their privacy will not be respected by many, its unfortunate.

I thought that Chandler and Monica secretly dating was idiotic, annoying and really bad subplot of Friends. They were just fictional characters and it *still* was cringy and totally without any reason. I don't watch the 5th series of the show because of this subplot. And in real life, it's even more stupid. You only keep your relationship secret if you are ashamed of it (you're cheating or date someone your family wouldn't approve of) or if you want people to gossip about you.

They’ve actually been dating prior to this year…for almost 3 yrs before they broke up and they got back together last year…despite what people want to believe.
