I bleed for 9 months straight. I went to the doctor, had surgery and all. It still didn’t stop until I prayed and God advised me to take apple cider vinegar. It not only stopped but became regular again!

Greetings from Baltimore, Maryland. Menopause crap is REAL!! What worked for me is “Black Kohosh” tea from the health food store. I drank cup after cup after cup. I’m now through that Bullcrap. I pray it’ll work for you too🤗

Going through menopause also. I have mood swings, Im bloated, and hot flashes. It is not super intense but noticeable. I also have no cycle but there is no man. I walk a lot i believe this helps my symptoms not be so intense. But who knows all women are different. Hang in there we are all in this together.

Menopause is no joke I certainly can relate even though I am post menopause.
There is procedure called an Edometrial Ablation procedure than thins out the lining of the uterus results in stopping the menstrual cycle. They will only perform it on women that are post child bearing age. It works and does result in stopping the menstrual cycle that can linger for a while.

Sharon, I feel for you I spent a long 3 years myself and putting everyone around me listening to me rant, complaining, I thought I was losing my mind! Off balance, every symptom on the list. I finally gave in and went on HRT and haven’t look back! They’ll have to pry them from my cold dead hands. Maybe you could watch some people you trust on CZcams to find some answers to help you… I’ll pray for you to find some relief 🙏🏼

My Menopausal symptoms seem to be at an all time high. My joints and ankles hurt all the time. My fuse is about to have me in court or jail. I've been in menopause for years now so not sure why its so bad all of a sudden. But I'm bout over this S@#!. I TOTALLY Understand

Hello Sharon, I'm bleeding because of perimenopause and iron deficiency, so I take 18mg of iron and A vitamin C supplements. I walk for a hour everyday. You might want to check into the estrogen patch.

I pulled down the visor to look in the mirror while putting on my lip gloss. Lord my mustache was on 100. I had to turn off the car, go back in the house and shave that ish off!

Yes it is something to stop the period. Depo-Provera shot, my doctor suggested for the bad cramps it worked wonders and stopped my period about 8 years ago!!! The best shot I ever got in my life!!!!🤣🤣🤣

Yes this menopause ain't no joke, my hair was coming out, I cried a lot, being mean to my husband and didn't want him to touch me. Snapping at folks, so I know the feeling. I didn't have hot flashes I have night sweats, they are terrible. But thank God it's better now.
