Very nice mate. Baltany is coming out with some excellent value pieces of late, especially the military homages which are my favourites. Personally I’m under no illusions that I’ll find some “grail” out there and call it a day. I love them and want to try them all. I don’t care whose name is on it. Inevitably, after a few weeks it’s on to the next one 😂
yes i think its the value proposition that they are working on and focusing in. And yes this is a good way of trying and owning the design without breaking hearts and wallets.
All in all a well considered review and the closest we are likely to get to a vc. I like the dial a lot, and whereas I normally op for higher end watches its a style we all can wear without wondering if someone is going assault use for the watch.
Great review 👍. I love the Baltany 1921, I chose the centre seconds Miyota 9039 with the white dial that is like crushed diamonds, it looks superb, is comfortable and surprisingly legible. I have a vintage cushion case Longines, but it is too small to wear, this 38mm Baltany is perfect.

The hills to die on for me are Zelos and Breitling. Love many, but those two are many cuts above.
As for the Baltany......nice watch, just not for me. Not feeling the case.....or the orientation of the dial. Just not in my wheelhouse. I understand why Watch Pirate #1 likes it, but not for me.
