Hi Colin I wish I had your work area, you’ve done a great job of the shed indeed. I’ve been watching many videos for inspiration regarding my Beetle, and your channel for motivation! I’ve had bikes but never heard of a Keeway. Looking forward to seeing it back at school! I like your technical term for draining oil, “piss” I also use that term often. Cheers Frank

Cheers Frank. I watch a guy call VW nut and Mustie1, they too are into VW beetles and have some great video's on them. Keeway is a Chinese bike built in China by Benelli but designed in Europe, the engine is Italian I believe. It has nothing on Japanese bikes but I bought it new 8 years ago (1,200 quid) and it's not let me down (yet;) Thanks again.

Nice one mate. Still amazes me how you do all these things. Plenty of natural light in the workshop.👍🍻🍻

Cheers mate. I have always liked working with my hands. I brought some plug in LED tubes for 65Baht each, make a big difference ;)

With such a low mileage ( KM ) I dont think the engine needs stripping down. Up to You.
A travel biking videos I enjoy watching is " Itchy Boots " , very entertaining.

Hi, I enjoyed that. Not an engineerey person myself. Impressed with those who are. You said in the vid something that could be a motto for my life. " It's not essential, but it bugs me " Words to live by 5555.
Look forwards to the rebuild. Cheers 🍻

Cheers Loso, I'm glad you enjoyed it. My motto too :) If a job is worth doing it's worth doing well.

Cheers Craig. The workshop is getting there, I still need another moveable bench and loads more tools. You're spot on about the vise :)

Regarding the wheels & rotors: Eric O just did exhaust manifolds on aluminum block Chevy. Had good luck heating aluminum with torch while turning bolts.

Cheers Jeff, great minds think alike, I just ordered up a blowtorch today LOL, along with new indicators. To be honest the disk is in pretty good shape so there is no real need to remove it. Thanks again.

That old 200 looks in a bit of a state buddy, how did it get like that?

It is very superficial, it looked worse than what it was. It is mostly due to just having sat for a long time. Thanks for watching.
