Respect to Yan for attempting English, it is not easy considering the life he lives, I hope to see him continue to develop his English skills. I am excited to see his performance Saturday.

Believe it or not it could save millions of lives if Russian people learned English, Spanish, Portuguese, German or French. this was a really good interview. what I like about yan is he's much different that most other russian fighters. he has personality with that dry humor and sarcastic nature of his. Also, I much prefer his fighting style rather than the Dagestan body squeezers.

I can see Sean keeping range and poking from the outside for two rounds and coasting to a decision.
Me too, that's why I think Yan will come out more aggressive than usual. Especially after that Aljo loss.
Sean might poke at him and dance around for round 1. Then Yan will put on a clinic for round 2 and 3.

I had Yan winning the Aljo fight as well. Chased him the 1st round, easily won 4 & 5. Only lost 2 and 3 but didn’t do major damage or really threaten a submission so it shouldn’t have been a 10-8 in my opinion.

Sean is so tall and long. If Suga can’t keep Yan at the end of his punches and kicks it’s going to be a wrap. If Yan doesn’t get stopped I definitely see him getting the nod from the judges. This is a massive step up in competition for the Suga Show but even if he loses I see him being competitive with anyone in the top 5 even if he never wins again. I don’t like Sean’s character but I really like his fighting style because it’s aesthetically pleasing to watch and he’s basically a knockout artist…

Petr saying Sean isn't on his level in anything makes me feel like he's downplaying Seans skills, Sean submitted a black belt that was bigger than him at Quintet, and his striking is very tricky with a high fight IQ I think this will be tougher than he's expecting... I feel Sean is going to be going to bed early this weekend, this bloke is like a computer with how he downloads information in the cage... its scary to imagine being in there with Petr.
