Beautiful forest, and really versatile leeches... the ones here in Germany can't walk, only swim and mostly go after fishes. But you guys still had fun, so it seems to be fine...

Thats because Leaches have an ansethetic in their saliva. It doesnt want you to to bother him while sucking blood. Nature is amazing.

Please try to visit Azhimala beach near Kovalam and you can find big shiva statue at sea shore.Also worth to visit world's biggest bird sculpture- Jatayu earth center.

This forest is called Silent Valley because the insect cricket is absent and hence the place is silent at night except for the sounds of some animals.
