I have 1500 sq. ft. of ceramic tile flooring that is 12x12 tiles which has a LOT of grouting. I need a scrubber that can not only scrub but can also suck up the water off the floor. Will Bissell ever design a scrubber model that can do those both chores? It would sell easily if they would produce one.

Look at the Powr-Flight multiwash or the equivalent product from sister brand Tornado. They spray, scrub and remove soiled solution. Work very well. They are around $1500 USD. Not sure if you are commercial or home user. Might be a bit high for home use...or clean a few of your neighbours floors with it and pay it off, hehe!

@@sourpatchkid765 on carpet use an encapsulating cleaner, they’re made to dry into a powder and vacuum out. On hard floors,go easy on the solution and use either a flat mop or a string mop to pick up the dirty water. You could also use a wet dry vacuum with a squeegee floor tool if your working in very large areas. Whatever you find easiest to use.
