OMG, my husband and I have just been mesmerised by Singapore, we were seriously thinking about Vietnam, but after seeing this vlog, we couldn't stop being impressed by this country, this video literally made my husband watch it with me right to the end he was that interested, (which never happens because his attention span is practically zero) but he loved Singapore. Hawker centres are outdoor, sheltered & non air-conditioned whereas food courts are indoor & air-conditioned... both contain hawker food stalls. Those in the city area or touristy area will have higher food prices.
So funny to watch this from Singapore this morning. I am back here after 5 years. I saw Miss Saigon last night and recommend it.

nooooooo i wish i met you :( our drustores have korean, japanese and thai brands. silkygirl is a Malaysian brand that has been in Singapore for a long time. i mean I grew up with that brand. you should also check out brand like iora and charles&keith.
for tourist who plan on visiting the temples or any religious places, please respect the places of worship. wear modest clothes and wear the shawls provided. keep your shoes outside of the temples. if are afraid of leaving your shoes, wear slippers to visit these places and leave them outside. you are not allowed to bring shoes in. read the signs in front of the temple as well. thank you for respecting the places :)
