She stoped smoking a while ago so that might contribute to her voice being different sounding depending on when your comparing her voice to, she’s also done her makeup differently than she used to and has gained a. little weight and is older ( obviously not bad things but they can slightly change how someone looks) also if you look at a front facing angle of her face in other videos from the tour you can see that she actually looks pretty much the same as she used to
