And because patient zero is the guy who started the zombie uprising (i think) it means that the zombie invasion happened after the lunar overture event, because in night 3, the god cube was still a cube, it hasn't been shattered yet, which also means that solar eclipse, nightmare carnival, trick or threat town, all happened before the zombie invasion

isnt lunar overture just a play that calls back to umbras origin though so its place in the timeline is irrelevant? acts 1 and 2 were us immersing in the theater, while act 3 has nothing related to umbra and is just the narrator being mad at us for "not following the script" by not dying during the play. the god cube is only shown intact when umbra, back in probably the medieval ages, is seen interacting with it; meaning at any point between the year 500s up to present day is when the cube broke into fragments

Lord exo makes his rounds really fast. He gave umbra power which lead to the creation of jack o bot, got the elfs to turn against Santa TWICE where they joined krampus one of those times, and now he helped make the zombie infection.
We are cooking some lore with this
After seeing the notes (or what I could understand of them) and what zero said and the game itself y have determined something’s
The first one is that the third compound (the cristal) has a peculiar texture, it makes me remember of the cube in the lunar overture, maybe that cube is what makes people turn into zombies, the less big a cube part is, the less the affected someone is, now if the cube part is too small it can’t cause a effect, but if it’s used with compound 1 and 2 his zombiefier effect activates, that’s why zero didn’t turned zombie the moment he touched the cube part, and we now because of the lunar overture that the cube acts fast, and the experiments in that lab used the cube parts to make something that they wanted, a theory is that they wanted a type of supersoldiers that could have special attributes, like ghoul having regeneration, raver being a tank, living experiment being a support that heals the soldiers and the failed experiments, well they are what they are.
Why do I say they’re super soldiers? Because zero said that the humans are in defase, which means they wanted to be stronger by using the cristals to create more powerful soldiers, but then in the note it says that there were unpleasant side effects, maybe is because of the person being conscious he looks like he is brain dead, like a zombie, so is unusuable, and well, my theory is that the cube is the one who made all of this, the one who created the zombies.
And two more things, in the lunar overture we didn’t defend the cube because no reason, we defended the cube because other creatures wanted it, I say this because in the note at the end that they should prioritize defend the only way to get the cube pieces, and that’s the cube, and zero mentioned the Eden, maybe all this is to prove the god in tds that they are worthy to be in the Eden, by becoming stronger with the cube, or that they like to play god with the cube.
Edit: Zero is the scientist that makes the note and talks in this trailer, he is too the boss pacient zero, because he had a direct contact with the cristal when it exploded, and maybe too if you use the wrong amount of even 1 compound it can fail, maybe that’s why there’s a lot of slime enemies transformed into other enemies in the new game mode, same with failed experiment, maybe he is a failed version of living experiment, that’s why he is bigger than the slimes and still having the property of slime.
And I want to tell that maybe the cube didn’t had the zombiefier ability, but maybe the cube part has still the making a person crazy, I say it because zero sounded very crazy sounding when he was talking, and that’s why in the first place they tried to make the super soldiers, because the cube piece told them that they could make super soldiers or something like that, but in reality this was just to help the cube pieces to make zombies and start a army of them, bringing chaos and destruction in his way.
Edit 2: I just saw a things that you missed in the trailer but for this trailer, I don’t remember the channels name, but still he talked about zero being corrupted by the cube, that reinforced my theory of the cube making people crazy, then he talked about that zero wanted to be a test subject and he knew the effects of the cube, the powers that it can give, and he wanted all of that, so then yeah, it’s the cubes fault.
Another theory about why we protected the cube is because the cube controled our minds to protect him from the enemies.

Compound 1 being 00, 2 being the rain.
To sum up, the scientists were conducting an experiment, the third compound was however located inside of the Cube shard, so to avoid having to get one, they tested out alternatives, which failed. Zero then went ahead and got a shard of the Cube, causing him to partially corrupt (the purple on his body). He then made the potion and we all know what happened after that.

Wow for such a short trailer we got a ton of information like it seems like there are thousands of pieces of this God cube I guess what narrator was talking about that a lot of people want to harness this power he wasn't joking. It seems like patient zero was experimenting on a chunk of the cube and seeing its effects and I guess that's what it turned him into I'm assuming that what also happened to krampus too he probably after his defeat survived the onslaught we gave him and found the Cuban decided to create a plan to defeat Santa and TDS. I wonder what other villains we faced before or now that have gone in contact with the cube, what about the void who created the nuclear monster why did EXO make the elves create the umbra plushies!?!!??!
All right folks turn the thing down the numbers on who could be the next enemy or foe or old boss to obtain the cube or a fragment since it seems like during the end of act 3 somehow the cube split off or the were already pieces missing so let's start finding out who could be the next enemy that has the cube fragment. Immediately probably going to have to rule out Jack robots since it seems like he's down for now also ruling out of course krampus and mostly the void enemies but I definitely think it could be the fallen King or ducky Doom given that we're going to get a fallen mode rework soon it's very possible that we're going to get a trailer that shows the fallen King taking a fragment in given that ducky Doom as well just a jerk of course he would probably have the technology to not get corrupted. An enemy I can most definitely rule out is the golden Titan unless they somehow bring him back for an event he's down for the count permanently same goes with the grave digger and molten boss I doubt that they're have anything to do with the cube. But also it's possible that walks the fox could get cube enhancements I don't think there are many other bosses that could obtain the power of the cube unless we get new characters. And I don't care if this comment is long I refuse to make a new one
