If anyone wants to see a white hood go to Charleston, WV. I was there on business and not more than 30 secs after pulling into a hotel parking space I had a female meth zombie knocking on my window trying to get into my car. Also drove around at night and it was eerily quiet in some parts with burned out buildings and meth zombies walking the streets. In another part of the city I heard gunshots and police sirens, all in all an interesting city to visit

Looks wise LA hoods are the prettiest hoods in all of America but they do get dangerous I'm sure. That's what's so interesting about them. They look nice but they have violence too.
LA was only bad in really small areas according to people who grew up there. I was never as bad as portrayed in most areas of the city. South Central was pretty bad in the 80's and 90s though, like everywhere else, but always looked realy nice compared to hoods throughout the country.
I gave an answer on that a while back. Of course there are hoods of different races, I actually have a few videos showing white ones from Fairmont WV, Kansas City and a few mixed ones. White ghettos aren't located in most of the places we know so well like well known major cities, the best ones are in small rural out of the way places that i have to research to know where they are at. i'm not driving hundreds of miles to a small rural town if there isn't nowhere to film nearby while I'm there, which is what I normally do. If people donated more that would help. The other part is let's face it, I'm black but black hoods are far more interesting. black and white poor people have different habits. White people stay in the house and operate their meth labs, or smoke it etc, and blacks take their show out side in the streets lol. I will do some here and there but this is why.

Many of those cities you mentioned have suffered for years under democratic rule but it wasn't the democratic Party as you know it today that started the process. Go back do some more research.
