AP లో వున్న రాజకీయ పార్టీలు ఇక నుండి అయినా ప్రత్యేక హోదా పేరుతో జనాల్ని రెచ్చగొట్టి చివరకు ఏమి లేకుండా చేయడం ఆపాలి.మనం ఇక్కడ ఎంత మొత్తుకున్నా కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ప్రత్యేక హోదా ఇవ్వదు.ఎందుకంటే మనకు ఇస్తే మన రాష్ట్రం కన్నా వెనుకబడ్డ బీహార్,Chattisgarh,Odisha, Jharkhand,MP,Rajasthan వంటి రాష్ట్రాలకు కూడా ఇవ్వాల్సి వస్తుంది.అలాగే పక్క రాష్ట్రాలైన Telangana,Karnataka,Tamil Nadu కూడా ఒప్పుకోవు.మన రాష్ట్రం ప్రత్యేక హోదా బదులుగా నిధులు ప్రాజెక్టులు డిమాండ్ చేసి సాధించుకుకోవాలి.ఈ విషయం లో మాత్రం కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం ను వదిలి పెట్టకూడదు.for example Vizag railway zone urgent గా unconditional గా ప్రారంభించేలా అడగాలి.అలాగే మనకు విభజన సమయం లో ఇస్తామన్న మేజర్ పోర్ట్ నీ వెంటనే ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి.ఈ విషయం లో కేంద్రం చాలా అన్యాయం చేసింది.మనకు చట్టం లో చెప్పినా పోర్ట్ ఏర్పాటు చేయలేదు కానీ కేరళ లో పెద్ద transhipment పోర్ట్ పెట్టింది.అలాగే మహారాష్ట్రలో లక్ష కోట్లతో అతి పెద్ద పోర్ట్ కట్టడానికి రెడీ గా ఉంది.వెంటనే మన రాష్ట్రం లో కూడా అంతే స్థాయిలో పోర్ట్ ఏర్పాటు చేయాలి.అలాగే వెనుకబడ్డ జిల్లాలకు ఇవ్వాల్సిన నిధులు జిల్లాకు 100 కోట్లకు పెంచి 15 ఇయర్స్ వరకు ఇవ్వాలి.అలాగే వెనుకబడ్డ జిల్లాలకు పన్ను రాయితీలు కల్పించాలి.రాజధాని లో ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాల నిర్మాణాల ఖర్చు,రాజధాని లో రోడ్లు,డ్రైనేజీ వ్యవస్థ నిర్మాణానికి కేంద్రం పూర్తిగా భరించాలి. పోలవరం పూర్తి భాధ్యత తీసుకుని ఎప్పటికప్పుడు బడ్జెట్ లో నిధులు కేటాయించి within time lo పూర్తి చెయ్యాలి.ఇలా అంశాల వారీగా అన్ని సాధించుకోవాలి.అంతే గానీ ప్రత్యేక హోదా పేరుతో రాజకీయాలు చేస్తూ చివరకు ఏమి లేకుండా 10 ఇయర్స్ waste అయ్యాయి

Last time, when centre released Rs.50 cr. For each backward districts of AP, the state government , it is reported that, did not utilize specifically for the development of the districts and did not submit Utilization certificates.
Whatever is given by centre, it should be properly utilized.

There is no extra funds coming from centre. Central govt will give access to take loans for ap that's it but there is no extra money coming from ap because if any state takes extra funds then remaining states will go to courts for injustice.
