Ani was writing music years before Christina Aguilera started recording other people's songs. But that's fine--Christina is a fantastic singer, which isn't really what Ani is aiming for. I'm not wild about her slap-style guitar, but she doesn't rely heavily on cliche--do you have a specific example in mind? And she can't be a fallacy. In what way is she an illogical or misleading argument?

I go to shows specifically to hear and see the artist, not hear a bunch of tone deaf strangers desperate to show everyone that they know the words and competing to be heard over the band.
