Based on Segregation of duties, users will be assigned different roles in any organization... Ex:- Person "X" have access to create AP Invoices and he will not have access to make AP Payments... Similarly Person "Y" have access to make payments and will not have access to create AP Invoices and hence accordingly AP Invoice data entry role will be assigned to Person "X" and role which have access to make payments will be assigned to Person "Y"
If your company is a Oracle Implementation partner, then Oracle will provide free access to their demo environment... Otherwise, there are lot of vendors in the market who can provide paid fusion environment
When you say invoice data? Are you referring to AP invoices or AR invoices? Also, whether the requirement is that the user should have access to view (and no access to update or create) just the invoices and no access to any other functionality?
