I haaaate how everything has to be spicy now! I'm super sensitive to spicy foods and it's getting crazy how everything has to be "flavor blasted" or "cajun" or whatever now. It makes it hard to find just plain stuff. 😂

I very rarely add pepper to foods other than when I originally cook it and it is part of the recipe. Once it’s prepared I don’t add extra. Same with the salt, other than potatoes. Sometimes it seems like I can’t get enough salt on the potatoes
