This is a car that was misunderstood when it came out but now a decade later is ageing like a fine Scottish Whisky and has become extremely desirable.
I get 50mpg at 70mph and around 40mph around town, amazing! I don't even have light feet.
How do you find living with it with street parking, town driving ect?
I'm on the lookout for a dark blue or red example with cream leather.

Yesterday I purchased a one owner 2011 XJL Portfolio with 52k miles. This vehicle gives me a better ride than my Bentley Arnage and my Mercedes CLS400. We drove the two hours trip back home with flawlessness and sheer joy of this v8 spectacular machine. My car is exactly the same color as in this video.

The Ford designed 3 litre diesel engine will give you grief and the steel chassis which is virtually untreated will crumble like a weatabix after a very short time.A lovely car with some massive shortcomings.
The chassis is bonded aluminium in the x351?

This may be a trustworthy review from an accomplished journalist, but I simply cannot get over the fact that he shuffles the steering wheel instead of properly pushing it with the outside hand. Sorry, but that guy needs to go back to driving school right away!
Poor Jag. Should have gotten a better driver.
