And also,I hate waiting so is the check in and check out time slow? I herd the reviews on google said it was 1 hour.
Hi, i don't know if January is a peak season for Holiday Inn, you may wanna chat with the hotel about that. As per check in, my experience was fast and smooth. If you arrive early and room is not available, they can always store your bags if you don't want to wait. Breakfast area is huge, can also use the tables in their grab and go cafe if it gets really crowded. My tip is to ask the front desk upon check in if they have high occupancy so you know what to expect during breakfast. 😊
Yes, Holiday Inn Express hotels offer the basics. Small room, breakfast, no extra service/amenities but for a cheaper price compared to IHGs higher tier brand

The food was very basic. On the day that I was there, there were precooked fried eggs and no omelets. There is no egg station.

No swimming pool. I think all holiday inn EXPRESS have no swimming pool. 😊
How about free car park?
There is no free car parking. The hotel has an on-site parking fee of RM3 for guests, but better check with them for up to date/accurate price.😊
