We did this same thing to a roommate, except the shoot just dropped out of a hole in the ceiling and it was ping pong balls. 2 loads of 100 balls. Timed perfectly so the roommate was just looking up from the disaster on the floor when he heard the pinging of plastic against metal coming from the shoot. We also got sick of listening to his gf...making noises, so we filled the dryer with ping pong balls.
