- Watch as GDaYardman and myself team up in Houston for my first collaboration video as we knock out this overgrown yard! This was one of the worst yards that I’ve done, grass was 4 feet high and very thick. The humidity was so bad that day! We used almost an entire roll of trimmer string taming this lawn. Sit back and enjoy our hard work and stick around to see the end results! Check out GDaYardman on CZcams and Like, Share, Comment and Subscribe to both of our channels, that’s the best way to support our work in our communities! LET’S GET TO WORK!

Y'all Did A Great Job 👍
Thank you so much!
You guys whipped that property into shape, never mind the humidity. Hope you both chuggled plenty of water, and stayed hydrated. Houston’s climate is sometimes not fit for man and beast. You guys take care.
Thank you for watching and commenting, I really appreciate you being a part of my channel! We definitely drank a lot of water!
Pretty cool you got together! Yard looks great now!!
Thanks and I really enjoyed mowing with GDaYardman! I hope there’s many more collaborations to come!
Big improvement
Thanks!
WOW, this was a bad one, but you made it look so much better 😊
GDaYardman is nonstop!
I'm happy that you tied your beard! Lol! This reminds me of my place when we first bought it. I'm 5ft. 5in and my hubby couldn't see me walking thru the grass. There was 3 1/2 acres like that. I now keep it all mowed every week. The rest of our property is woods. Y'all did a great job my friend.
Hey there! Im glad you enjoyed it and thanks for the compliment! Maybe you need to do a video of some mowing!
@TeePeesWorkshop did y'all make it home from Houston safely?
We did and thanks for checking on us! We came home on Saturday.
A miracle in the making no dead bodies.
Thank goodness!
I noted in the thumbnail someone else was with you, very nice you teamed-up to tackle an excessively overgrown place. Appreciate that you both have the courage to tackle difficult things. Nice move in placing the driveway as a priority to start with. That made a large area look better fast 3:37. Not fun clearing rubbish out of overgrowth, but to make the sidewalk area look good and become functional, necessary. There is a lot of vehicle traffic passing that place, and a pedestrian. This place will be a lot different when you are done: view returned; space returned; safety returned; sidewalk accessible; attractive appearance. 10:09, the second large area is accomplished, the front lawn area. There may be no real way to make that front lawn look polished right now, but the disaster growth is gone. At 14:54, the front sidewalk area now is cleared, the third large area. That is a great improvement. Area four appears to be a side yard. That was lost, and now is found. A good day to have a nice mower. At the same time, a Trimmer was good for cleaning up the piled concrete chunks. 31:56, you two are managing to turn that jungle of a backyard back into something reasonable. AS you do your final work, 35:49, my admiration for putting together the whole front area and doing the outside of the fence and garbage pickup, as well. The visual for the neighborhood is unified. My admiration for your teamed work. Best wishes on the needed mower repair being done.
As I was reading your comment a couple things came to mind. First, I know that you watched that video and I really appreciate that! Second, you are a very kind person and your input is valued and appreciated! GDaYardman is the other guy in the video. He lives in Houston so I was his sidekick in this video. He has a CZcams channel and has some great content! He’s definitely helped me out alot and I am very thankful for him! I’m so glad that you watched and left that amazing comment! I really appreciate you and hope that you have an amazing weekend!
That is quite the improvement! It’s difficult working in the humidity. Our summers here are extremely humid and makes gardening a morning or evening choice. 😎🇨🇦😎
Unfortunately I was only in town a few days so we just had to fight the heat.

Thank you! And you are right about it becoming a dump site!
👏👏👏 Excellent job ❤❤
Thank you a whole lot!
Great job guys ! 😲🏋🏽♂️🏋🏽♂️🏋🏽♂️ That was a lot of work and it looks great ! 💗💗😊
Thank you so much! It was a lot of work and very humid but I had a great time hanging out with GDaYardman! Not to let the cat out of the bag but we’re talking about doing another collaboration sometime in the near future.
Great job, both of you !!!!
Thanks! GDaYardman is a great guy and Im very thankful for all his advice!
Would it be a good idea to do all the mowing, then edging, all the dirt crass an sod could be used to fill the holes and low spots, comes preready to grow grass ??
It probably would be but if you edge first against the high grass it’s more satisfying for the viewer!
Great Job!
Thank you so much!
Use to live in a he Detroit area . Motown !
Do you mean, Mowtown? Lol
Great job 👍💯❤️
Thank you!
Good job
Thank you so much! Have a great weekend!
Hello 👋 from East Texas
Hello from West Texas! Im so glad you’re here!
“This thing bad, man!” If it was good, you wouldn’t be there!
True! Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoyed it!
I’m surprised you didn’t encounter snakes.
I am too but kind of glad that we didn’t.
Fences, there always seems to be a fence that does nothing, has no purpose... ever think of that?
I hate trimming fences!
🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩😍
Thank you and thank you for watching! I really appreciate you!
👽👽👽New sub from the SW North Dakota Badlands...oohweee that is one ugly project...bless you for cleaning that up🌞🌞🌞
Im so glad that you subscribed, thank you! It definitely wasn’t pretty but very rewarding!
Why are there so many abandoned homes in that area
That unfortunately seems to be a problem wherever you go these days. It’s sad because I’m sure at one time this might have been a nice house.
I live in Houston and have not seen your company before so you must be fairly new hence very few subscribers! This yard very difficult and deeply overgrown so i will not look too closely at the shrubbery not cut back nor removed! You have a chain saw so you could easily have cut down all the overgrown tree branches and vines and bushes but did not! Maybe after more jobs?
The reason you haven’t seen my company in Houston is because I drove 8 hours from West Texas (Midland area)where I live to mow this property. My CZcams channel has been up and going since the beginning of the year so I am pretty new. I hate that we didn’t meet your expectations on the finished product but I will aim to do better next time. I appreciate you commenting and subscribing to my channel and hope that you have a great weekend!
Get some cooling towel a.c neckerchiefs, sunglasses and gloves, now silly.
What an ugly house in Houston. This city needs help-. Wow.
For a little old country road, it is busier than hell.
How, can you cut that corn in the front yard, omg.
It was very busy! I don’t know how long that house had been abandoned but it was in bad shape!
