What I particularly love about this video is the section on gratitude. We commonly hear about making a list of things you are grateful for. There's nothing wrong with that per say, but you elevate the subject of gratitude to a whole new level in that it's truly unconditional, self-sustaining, and completely independent of all "things" -- rooted not in the things of this world (money, relationships, etc.) but in a pure love for existence itself!
