Who ever say the locs are skinny it’s because they haven’t fully loc’d so when they do as they grow they will thicken up I just started my locs in may and my hair still haven’t completely loc’d

Nooo not the beezwax it causes alot of buildup and is very hard to wash out even if its a little bit lol use non alcohol gels or oils

Lol I’ve cut and regrown my dreads a couple different times, using beeswax every time and my dreads are always amazing. It’s all on technique and who’s doing your hair. You can use whatever product you want, so long as you know how to work your product. And for the buildup issue with the wax, 🐂💩. Never had build up issues. 😂😂😂 y’all just got the wrong person in y’all head.

iiBornNinjaii Majority Of people who have something to say negative about beeswax are usually people that can not fathom the correct way on how to use beeswax. Most people either use too much or too little product and they are usually deterred from ever using it and put it down. It’s all about technique. If you are skilled at doing locs, then beeswax would not matter; as far as build up goes, I know plenty of people who use it religiously in their locs without build up. Hell, I can use just water on my retwists and can get them to last two weeks (with an active lifestyle). It’s all about you or whoever does your locs technique and your maintenance routine.

Locs So skinny
When starting the locs, find out what kind of look they want, some want loads of locs for the lion look lool and some prefer thicker. It's a personal preference thang. Have a look on my Insta page @micanicolehairstylist to see an array of locs I work with x
