I'm a Newcastle fan but the snide comments so called experts have been making towards Sam have been disrespectful and disgraceful. He's an experienced manager who introduced a whole new way of coaching and managing that now every team in the world uses. He's probably forgotten more about the game than most pundits will ever know. His teams may not be pretty to watch but if that's what it takes to stay up, nobody will complain. Good luck to him.
Route 1 is not what the world uses! He's a dinosaur, he's days are gone so are his methods. He's no Pep or Klopp . The last team he managed before Leeds got battered week in week out and got relegated! I wish people would stop thinking He's some messiah because he's not!

It,s Leeds fault ,they should never have appointed Jesse marsch a coach with no experience of the Premier league after Bielsa went.If they had got Sam in then they would probably be safe by now.

*Jaggybabs* I agree. I went mental when we got the pen but went back to normality when Bamford had the ball. How Rodrigo or maybe Harrison didn't get considered is baffling. We got one point though which is better than nothing I guess but we should've won realistically as if we scored our pen and we didnt give away two.
Give the job to sam regardless of what league we're in. He's old school and straight talking. It's what the club needs after the shambles that unfolded after Bielsa

One of the worst teams to go up in the past decade
Came in and didn’t get fully backed due to external problems such as a Covid and EU issues.
They were a lot better performance wise during his stint and made it difficult for teams but lacked a lot of quality.
He took an almost impossible job because he thought it was his last hurrah.
He a top coach and Leeds have looked a lot better since him coming in.

I’m loving Big Sam at my club I just wish we had hired him instead of Gracia, we would possibly be safe by now judging on how he’s got us playing. The manager we needed and I’m surprised saying that myself lol but credit to him we still have a chance, probably going down still but we wouldn’t still have a chance under Gracia I’m afraid, nice man wrong club. Great performance from Leeds. Bamford gets credit (rightly) for all the work he does off the ball but at the end of the day a striker is judged by his goals -I'm afraid he's just not good enough.

I've a load of family from leeds who are die hards. I really hope Sam pulls off another miracle here. Might have a rep as dirty leeds but they're a proper family day out club with lots of history, they should always be in the prem.

Draws no good for Leeds. They may need at least four points and probably six points to ensure safety. Both West Ham (away) and Tottenham (home) could be winnable games for different reasons. West Ham are heavily involved in European competition which could drain their energy and appetite while Tottenham are not at their best at the moment. But the damage may be irreparable anyway if Leicester and Everton pick up some more points.

Everyone knows how little respect Sean Dyche had for Bamford when he coached him at Burnley. After one fluky good season a couple of years ago, Bamford is now proving just how correct Dyche was. We'd be safe by now, if not for his absurd misses today and against Leicester. He's a weak man when it counts most.
