I had a frozen shoulder last year and struggled with the pain and immobility for quite a few months until my Physio suggested a cortisone injection. After the warning of side effects from the Doctor I had the injection, I’m so pleased I did, it took time and continued physio but my shoulder improved both with pain and movement, it did take about a year but am more or less back to full mobility. Hope it works for you too.

Hi Tina i do enjoy your empties review so i can try too, I've been using a sun face serum SPF 50 called Biovene frim home bargains only 30 mls fir about £3 but definitely will get more, by the way glad you had your cortisone injection, just remember it's not instant relief but over time you should notice it getting butter, well i hope so 😊❤
My Mother took blood pressure pills for decades and lived untill she was ninety two. I remember her telling me that her GP had told her that it would be the tablets that saw her off. I am now understanding that he had been speaking generally and not necessarily about the ones she was getting from him. Her kitchen drawers ( one of them ) was crammed with Aspirin type tablets and nothing else. When ready for knee replacement surgery they had to put the operation off because her blood was too thin due to the Aspirin taking. She, throughout her life had also used Pro Plus to get her going for House Work and Shopping or anything else for that matter.
@@tinastalktime Yes, they slip into your handbag easier to take on holiday and can be refilled by buying another cartridge…. Honestly perfume is so expensive nowadays the Jo Loves paintbrushes sell for £40. But you also get a spare cartridge so it’s a lot cheaper than a bottle which sells for well over £100… Jo Loves also sell a batch of samples of her different perfumes these sets are great to take on holiday.. I didn’t know that she designed for Zara so I thank you for highlighting this I shall check them out😊

Yes it is the top from the haul it is the £9.50 one I think they are good value. There was probably a couple of months of empties
